This house is a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to ten. Cheerful interiors filled with beautiful furnishings await on the first level open-concept living/dining area. High-end appliances are just the beginning in the fully appointed kitchen, complete with Keurig and filter coffee machines, a NutriBullet Smoothie Maker, professional knives, and an array of kitchen tools to please the most experienced cooks. Cozy furnishings in the living room provide the perfect place to catch a game or watch a movie.

Upstairs you’ll find a comfortable office space, perfect should you be mixing work with play while traveling to the area. You’ll also find a spacious master suite with an en suite bath, two additional guest suites - one with a queen-sized bed and another suite with two twin beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms feature large smart TVs for access to your favorite apps and shows. You'll love spending time on the patio with a gas grill. Other notable features include a full-size washer/dryer and an outdoor shower.

Great house and location!

We loved Eric’s place for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, super clean, comfortable beds and good water pressure :). Eric was a great communicator. We loved having the golf cart to get around. The neighborhood pool was perfect for our kids. Beach super close via golf cart and the neighbors were friendly!

Great stay

The property manager was really nice and accommodating, the home was cozy and clean, and very close to inlet beach!

Comfy family stay!

The place was comfy and a great fit for our whole family. The kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the grills for cooking out together. Short drive (and/or bike or golf cart ride) to the beach. Convenient to some great restaurants. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous. Sunsets at the beach are a must do. The owner was a great communicator and very helpful.

Inlet Beach house

My husband, my 22 yo daughter and I took a short trip to PCB area. We also needed to bring our Yorkie. We found this house and decided we would give it a try. At the last minute we had to switch weeks (after we had already booked and paid) so I contacted the owner and he was able to accommodate us for a different week! No problem! The property is in a good location! It also has a golf cart for use to drive to the beach or around the neighborhood to look at other houses. Definitely a plus, bc my husband has mobility issues and can’t walk far distances. The property itself is nicely decorated with 4 beds and 3 bathrooms. Honestly this property has everything you need. If we had a question or a small problem, the owner responded immediately! For example, there was an issue about the wifi code and the owner took care of this quickly so we had access to wifi. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the beach is beautiful! It does get crowded quickly and parking can be hard to find so I would advise getting up early so that you can park the golf cart close to the walkway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again if we have the chance! The house has everything needed to ensure a relaxing and fun trip to the PCB area.
