Santa Marta: Fabulous Carriage House - South of 30a - Pet Friendly!

Santa Marta is a lovely carriage house located on the South side of Highway 30A in Rosemary Beach. This luxury carriage home is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family beach getaway. Upon arrival, you will enter the lush, tropical courtyard and head up the stairs where there is a cozy sitting nook to enjoy your morning coffee. Just inside is a large open and light filled space with a sitting area and a kitchenette with all the everything you need to store snacks or cook your favorite coastal dishes. Just around the corner of the kitchenette you will find a plush king size bed and a full private bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Santa Marta is located within easy walking or biking distance from all the unique restaurants and shops of Rosemary.

• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Great property right by the beach! Some of the kitchen supplies were not great and knives were dull, but not a big deal to us. It was comfortable and we would absolutely stay there again.

Perfectly as described. The only comment everyone needs to know is that any vehicle larger than an equinox will NOT fit in the garage and you will constrained fighting for a parking spot every time you return. House is great, very clean and perfect located to the beach, the town and the pools.

Amazing location for the most lovely beach vacation

We loved our stay at this carraige house, just steps from gorgeous Rosemary Beach. We were blown away by how beautiful the town is - it's picture perfect. The location was incredible - less than a minute walk to the beach, and the same distance to the cutest little town with great restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Long Weekend Away

This space was perfect for my husband and me to get away for a long weekend. Very well stocked. When we had a couple of questions arise we received answers quickly. The location to the Main Street area and beach was wonderful! Just minutes to both. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Went for an anniversary and it was just the perfect size for 2! Was clean and in the best location. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

It’s just ok.

Location was excellent! As for the property….Garage was too small for vehicle, tv was tiny and didn’t work half the time. Internet was spotty, cookware was really bad, was pretty dirty and just more dated than the other properties we have been to in Rosemary. Would not stay here again.

Loved it!

We loved staying here! It was so Relaxing in such a pretty and well decorated space. We loved walking thru the neighborhood and the beach was gorgeous! The only drawback was that the hot water never got hot enough for a comfortable bath or shower. Overall we loved the place, though.

Awesome 1st time to Rosemary Beach

This carriage house was bigger than we imagined.. perfect foe the two of us .. We have a wonderful time.. So many nice benefits to Rosemary; location to town, location to beach, proximity to restaurants, variety of restaurants, size of town.... and more... We'll be back..

Springtime Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful. Because we have never been here before, it took us a minute to acclimate to the area. Parking is a real challenge but once we realized everything was walkable, it wasn't a big deal. The Carriage house was very quaint and adorable and comfortable. Cleanliness was acceptable but a deep clean would be good. Food and Staff in Rosemary is AMAZING!

We loved the Santa Marta Carriage House. Perfect for a couple. Great location— short walk to the beach! Easy walk to the town of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. Very nice to have bikes provided. Very comfortable bed. The only thing was the pool alarm, we couldn’t make it stop even though we followed the directions.

Perfect 30A Experience

This cute carriage house in the heart of Rosemary Beach is all you need for your 30A getaway! My husband and I had the best 8 days in our favorite place with our two small dogs. The kitchen is well stocked and the pullout couch was nice for an extra bed when a friend came to visit. Downtown Rosemary Beach with its great restaurants is just blocks away making for such a charming walk to lunch/dinner! Multiple beach walkovers and pools are also within a few blocks so days at the beach and walking to see the sunsets was so convenient. The property manager is so great to work with, answered any questions and needs we had promptly. We would love to book this property next year.

Great location, perfect for 2!

This was our first time staying in a carriage house in rosemary. We have previously stayed at The Pearl and Rosemary Beach Inn. It's so nice to have a full kitchen and places to lounge. We ate dinner one night on the table in the courtyard which was great! Communication with Misty was great as we had to communicate about early check in and late check out, both of which were available. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we will definitely rent a carriage house again with Misty and Barefoot 30A.

Great place to be in Rosemary Beach

Great location in Rosemary Beach - close to beach and fabulous swimming pool. Close to the restaurants. Should provide dimensions of garage so guest can tell ahead of time if car will fit. Suggestions: all minor problems. 1. Could use a cookie sheet. 2. Be sure to fix handles on closet door and bathroom door. 3. Fix hinge on bathroom cabinet door. 4.Fix dark skuffs on floor. Generally things worked very well. Bathroom - good. TV works. Bed comfortable. Porch and LR furniture good.

Dilapidated home in great location.

The house is very dilapidated. The floors were gross and extremely marked up. The furniture was similarly nasty and marked up. The condition of everything was bad enough that I was surprised no other reviews had mentioned it. Perfect example is that all three doors you'll use in the home did not open or close properly and you could mess with a door for 30 seconds before it opens Perfect location and the cleaning staff doesn't do a bad job, the home is just beat up and in need of update.

Carriage House

The Instructions were over the top, emphasizing parking instructions. Upon arriving our garage entrance was blocked by a car It was pouring down rain and we were unable to use garage. Called property manager. His reaction was underwhelming. His expectation was for us to solve problem by calling security. Security's expectation was for us to call property manager. I had to park on the street. Later, we had the same problem. Then when we tried to pull into garage it was a squeeze & required much maneuvering to enter garage, only to have to pull out as the washer/dryer at the end of garage consumed too much space to allow me to close the garage door to close. Ended up having to park on the street during a hurricane.
