Spacious loft, nice balcony, very easy parking super close. Awesome location. Coffee options very close. We walked to Busch Stadium and the Arch on about 20 minutes.

This was a big change of lifestyle being from Texas. Location was perfect for our needs. Got a little taste of city life. The loft is pretty cool!

It's an older building with some quirks that you'll need to get used to but otherwise very good location for downtown access. There wasn't too much traffic with regards to the streets in general. I would definitely recommend clearing your vehicle make/model with the owner regarding the underground parking. It's very tight/small.

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to star in your own low-budget horror/comedy, this is the place for you.The adventure begins before you even get in. The elevator is broken, so you'll get your cardio climbing five flights of stairs with all of your luggage and food items. Who needs a gym membership? The carpet is... memorable. Let's just say we kept our shoes on the entire stay. Fingerprints are proudly displayed on the glass patio door from previous guests, and the dishes and sticky door handles will make you wonder what the "cleaning fee" actually paid for. As for amenities? Toilet paper was apparently a limited-edition item. No hand soap, no shampoo, no body soap. Hope you packed like you were going camping. WIFI? The TV continually would show "loading".Complementary wildlife included a couple of cockroaches. it's always nice to know your not vacationing alone.The neighborhood added to the experience, with the same group of homeless individuals outside every time we walked to and from the building. While everyone we encountered was non-confrontational, it wasn't exactly the relaxing vacation we were expecting.And just when you think you've experienced it all, you're charged 50 a night to park at a nearby lot. Nothing says "thank you for staying with us" like paying luxury parking prices to hike up five flights of stairs to a dirty apartment.Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable vacation rental, I'd keep scrolling.

Large and roomy. Fun to sit on balcony and have a cool drink. Easy walk to Dome with a couple of goodd eating places right on Washington with others in the area.

Parking was in a lot about a block away - luckily we were able to find street parking to unload our things - street is often busy. The immediate area had a fair amount of homeless, and is pretty loud at times. The unit really wasn't cleaned or kept up to our expectations, dust built up, gross amount of hair at the shower, damaged lighting, stained carpets thin enough to feel the tack strips at the thresholds. The dishwasher was having some sort of issue when we tried to run it before checking out. Host said they would take care of all of the cleaning issues after we left. Host did communicate with me in advance of our trip so I had more information for planning which was nice.The unit was spacious but it is a loft so if you like privacy or are very sound/light sensitive this probably isn't the best choice for you. View out the large windows is beautiful. Kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much anything you could need for cooking. Easy walks to the arch and the City Museum. We had pizza, ice cream, and a yummy Mediterranean meal from places within a couple minutes of this building. We did enjoy that we could be car free during our short stay.
