This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. The condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Amazing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacay home was a dream! Newly renovated, upgraded kitchen & restrooms. It was bright, clean, & easy to find everything. Checking in was a breeze & all info was given, including where to park & how to find the unit. Love that there were stickers in helpful spots telling you “owners closet/drawer”, “do not spray....”, “don’t remove...”, etc. It was a clear & effective way to communicate. There was a binder that had helpful notes & the app was even more helpful! There were beach towels & beach chairs to borrow that made our stay even better. Would love to stay here again

This is a beautiful resort with everything you need very kid friendly beautiful maintained grounds , condo is perfect everything you need and in new condition!!! Only bad part is leaving ! It is close to bars and restaurants!

We loved the property, very clean, modern and well appointed. Our daughters said the Murphy bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location, lovely view of the beach and a short walk there and the condo provided all the necessary beach equipment. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

The cpndp was exactly as pictures shown - perfect. Had more extras than expected. Property was beautiful and well maintained. The Lanai stays shadowed all day which is a major plus! Very happy we stayed here and would stay again.

What a beautiful place

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful. It is right across the street from a public park and beach. We saw whales and sea turtles. Would definitely recommend this property.

Kamaole Sands 3-303

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1) AC didn’t work when we arrived but was fixed by noon the following day.2) Refrigerator freezes vegetables and fruit anywhere in the refrigerator. The adjustment says do not touch. $9 basket of strawberries or grapes are expensive.3) Bathroom door lock doesn’t work. We have a 3 yr old that walks in anytime door is closed.4) Mismatched pots, pans, dishes and plates. Plastic cups cracked and leaked on bottom of multiple cups.5) WiFi doesn’t work in the bedroom but works great in the living room.6) AC in bedroom is aimed at the thermostat so the temperature control doesn’t work.7) Clothes washer leaked. We had to empty the reservoir at lower left which should be done by maintenance.8) Broken handle and hinge on beach cooler. From the discoloration it was broken for a while. It was sitting there in multiple pieces in the kitchen.9) AC condensation pump behind TV in living room runs every 15 minutes when the AC is on. It is impossible to sleep in the living room murphy bed if you run the AC at night. We had kids so keeping the doors open was not an option.10) No cleaning supplies even though the binder says the unit includes supplies ie windex, lysol, bleach spray.11) Smaller bathroom shower only gets warm water but the other larger shower gets hot water.12) Front door screen door closer was tired and broken and we couldn't keep the screen door open. This is difficult when bringing in beach wagons or strollers.

Good Choice for Kihei Holiday

The rental contract is very straight forward and convenient to navigate. The management’s response to the microwave quitting was outstanding! He had a new one in the condo the same day we notified him that the microwave wasn’t working. This accommodation definitely helped to made our holiday a great one.

Great condo - great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent 9 nights in unit 3-303 Kamaole sands. The complex location was excellent, directly across the road from Kam 3 beach (beautiful beach with great boogie boarding and beautiful sunsets!). The grounds are well maintained. The condo itself is recently renovated. We found it to be very clean, and comfortable for the two of us. Two washrooms is a nice bonus! We had a nice view from the lanai of the grounds and even the ocean. Basic amenities were provided like soaps, shampoo, washer detergent. Bed was comfortable, but would be nice to see a washable duvet cover. Added bonus to have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and coolers provided. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Maui!

Beautiful Property

Aloha! We loved staying at this condo. Very clean, great views and it’s our favorite condo complex right across the street from our favorite beach. This was the perfect place to stay on our first venture back out into the world after Covid. Love, love, love Hawaii and everything about it. Mahalo!

First time coming to Hawaii

First time coming to Hawaii and definitely coming back and would love to stay here again. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The murphy bed is great and it is off to the side so it does not block the access to the lanai. The lanai looks over the pool and you can see the ocean through the palm trees. The landscaping throughout the resort is beautiful. Having the beach gear and towels was great and an easy walk across the street to the beach. Nice having a full size washer and dryer. Overall we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything and highly recommend this rental.

Great experience

We've stayed at Kamaole Sands many times over the past 30 years. This upgraded unit is one of the nicest we've seen. We would definitely stay here again. Management team was very responsive and helpful.

Extremely clean, modern and functional

We enjoyed all of the provided beach gear, slept comfortably in the bed, and enjoyed the lanai. The only thing we weren't aware is that there is no oven in the unit. There are several bbqs on the property to use, so it was fine but just a note if you need an oven. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and we didn't find the noise from the pool to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The finishes are all high end and there were lots of amenities to make the stay as comfortable as possible such as beach towels, chairs, cooler etc. We cooked at home a lot making use of the BBQs on the grounds and there were plenty of staples like salt, olive oil and spices in the cabinet. 2 minute walk to Kam beach III with great snorkelling. We had prompt replies from Matt at PMI who was able to easily accommodate an extra night stay with zero hassles at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't have gone better. Checking in/out was so easy and quick. A door access code to get in & out of the apartment means no keys or cards to worry about. There is plenty of spacious parking so coming and going with a car is a breeze. The apartment is modern and very very well appointed. Once we were through with the days activities it was a pleasure to retire here for the evening. I can't say enough good things about the grounds & facilities - perfect. The view from the lanai overlooks the pool, very well maintained gardens and out to the ocean. Great pool on site, large grassed areas for the kids if you have them and an awesome beach just across the road. With plenty of dining options close by you can chose to dine out or else utilize the nearby grocery stores if you prefer to dine in. Everything you need is in the apartment. The location at Kihei is a great central point from which to explore the rest of the island. A short drive to the historical town of Lahaina or for the more adventurous the scenic road to Hana. We also had the good fortune to meet the owners while we were there and they were so easy going. We'll be back for sure!
