Just Steps away from the beach, promenade and fish alley. Be the first to stay in this newly renovated 4-bedroom single family home. A perfect spot for families or a group getaway,

The first floor has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a Queen size bed and closet. Bedroom 2 sleeps 6 with a full over full bunkbed and a twin over twin bunkbed. A closet and TV finish off the space for the kids. Bedroom 3 "the game room" is a place to hang out and features a TV, games and 2 pull pull-out comfy futons. There is also one full bath with shower on the first floor. Off of bedroom 3 is a walk-out to the outside shower and back lower patio.

The second floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and range. The custom dining table easily accommodates 8 guests. There is a large family room with a sectional couch and TV and seating to enjoy coffee in the morning with 2 large chairs. Off of the family room is a covered porch with couches, benches and chairs. A half bath is adjacent to the kitchen and family room. And there is also a washer and dryer,

Bedroom 4 is also on the 2nd floor and offers a King size bed, closet and another full size bathroom with shower. And right off of the kitchen enjoy another deck with outside seating for 4.

With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of space and privacy after a great day at the beach. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.

There are 2 parking spots available on the private driveway. Just a walk away from all your favorite restaurants, the Promenade, Fish Alley the shops and nightlife.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the property was amazing. Close to the beach, restaurants, events at the park, and playground. The house was clean, homey, and exactly as described. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings. The house is on a nice quintessential Sea Isle street that isn’t built up with all new construction which was nice!

We had a wonderful time there. We had 2 families of 5 and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was very basic, but had what we needed. The location was great, very walkable or rideable. We didn't use our car once. My only complaint is that they did not provide beach tags or linens. We combed the listing a few times and there was no notice of either of these things. As someone who's new to the NJ shore, this was a new concept for us! Otherwise, they were very responsive and the living spaces were very comfortable!

Thank you for your review Elizabeth, I just want to respond to a couple comments. Regarding the linens, we don't list in our amenities as providing linens. And in the welcome guide, in the essentials information section, it says all beds have comforters and pillow & mattress protectors only. That is why I recommended one of the linen services in SIC when you mentioned you were new to renting at the shore. The same for the beach tags, we don't list anywhere in the listing that we provide beach tags. Regarding the kitchen, I know you asked if we had a crockpot and that is not something we offer or list as providing. Other than that, we have fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. One more thing I want to mention is that I provided a 3 hour early check in and a 4 hour late checkout at no additional cost, It's something extra I provide if I can to all my renters. I appreciate your communication and responsiveness and hope you visit SIC or another Jersey Shore town in the future.,

The house is close to the beach and all of the action in Sea Isle City which fit our family’s needs. We loved walking to Fish Ally for dinner, Excursion Park for the free concerts and promenade for ice cream and the arcade. My older kids loved the proximity of the night life. Location is wonderful and walkable. We had ample parking during a crazy holiday weekend. The house was clean and decorated very nicely with some great touches. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to music or playing games. The house is a single which is rare in SIC rental and we liked that as well. Rebecca and Ben were great hosts and very responsive to communication. Would definitely rent again!

We love Sea Isle! And what's not to love. The beaches are beautiful, the town vibe is so fun and the people make it great. You can walk anywhere from our home and feel like you're a local. There are so many great places to grab breakfast, lunch or even a summer cocktail. If you haven't visited Sea Isle before, it's a must see!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There is room for everyone to have their own space. There are multiple decks off the front and back so you can always find somewhere to relax. There is no reason to worry about parking because the home offers 2 private spots. And you can walk to the beach!
