Watching sunrises from your bedroom window, listening to waves breaking all night, and walking from your vacation home directly to the beach!

Step onto the sand from the first floor screened-in porch. This well-appointed family-friendly beach getaway is a cozy end-unit, light-filled and breezy with a comfortable atmosphere and privacy. A spacious living and dining area adjoin a screened porch and a beach sitting area in back of the unit. The porch is set up with a sectional and a dining table. A second inside dining table is next to the kitchen.

The kitchen includes everything you will need for your stay including condiments and spices. There is a coffee bar and a bar/cabinet for your beverage needs. There is also a half-bath on the first floor.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms including a large oceanfront room with king-sized bed, a sitting area and oceanfront screened porch. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Additionally, there is one room with a queen-sized bed and one with a double bed. These rooms share a second full bathroom with shower.

On the third floor, completed in 2020, there is a suite with queen bed, sitting area, wet bar with small fridge and coffeemaker, and spectacular views to Rehoboth, Dewey Beach and Cape May from the oceanfront porch! There is a full bathroom with shower and a separate sitting area for quiet reading and use of a desk for your computer.

The entrance deck is a private courtyard for relaxing or grilling. It includes a large outdoor shower and clothesline. A private mat-covered path next to the unit leads directly to the ocean beach. There is ample storage for bikes and beach toys. Beach chairs and some rafts are provided.

There are two parking spaces with additional parking for one car available.
