No Smoking. Dogs allowed and must comply with pet policy, 1 Dog under 40lbs or 2 dogs under 15lb each allowed in this unit. Daily pet fees apply.
Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted.

Please note: While this unit is ADA accessible, the shared guest laundry facility is located on the second floor and is only accessible via a staircase.

Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
