This spot is a real gem, with a great location just a short walk to restaurants and shops, and right on the water. It's beautifully maintained, clean, and has a modern feel that you'll love.

Location can’t be beat; we sat half the day on the Adirondack chairs on the patio watching the boats in the harbor, listening to the seagulls and sea lions, gazing at sunset over Morro Rock. Coffee, restaurants, shops, and kayak rental/whalewatching are just steps away. Bright, fun decor and very comfortable space to hang out.

Property is extremely well maintained and has a great location on the water. Garage parking is very nice. Walking distance to everything. We will come back for sure!

Clean and comfy space. Great views from inside and out. Easy access to downtown and the beach all accessible without a car. Would appreciate a few beach towels to help avoid using bath towels

Nice fenced patio for a dog friendly condo. Beautiful bay views, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Manager very responsive to our questions about heating. 3rd time with La Rouche condos and always a good experience.

Perfect for a couple. Very spacious bay front condo. Patio with BBQ is perfect. Unit is well stocked and great location on the Embarcadero. The garage is a plus.

Family Vacation

Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely perfect and we had an amazing time in Morro Bay. We also spent time in Pismo, Avila, Cayucos, and San Luis which all are just a short drive away.
