Family vacation

We loved our stay! Cottage was clean and a perfect location close to the beaches and town. It was nice having the swimming pool right outside our door.

Enjoyed the cottage

I went for three nights to visit a friend the cottage was a nice cozy and comfortable spot to relax at the end of each day.

Clean, Convenient, Great Stay!

This home was the perfect getaway. It was spotless and in a great location. It only took a few minutes to get to a beach access and under ten to reach downtown. I loved being in a gated community because it felt very safe. We can’t wait to go back!

Very nice stay!

Quiet place, there are several local restaurants that are very good. Very small town, we ended up going about 10 minutes away because the beach was a little wider. We still had a very nice time.

Fantastic Find

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Minor cleanliness issues, and the tub plug would not hold water. Great WIFI, beautiful home, and super convenient with the pool right outside the door. Despite minor inconveniences would highly recommend.

Perfect location for small kids to pool!

Clean, close to pool & amazing state park! Everything worked except for cable in downstairs living room...upstairs balcony was a hoot haging out on.

We had stayed at Barefoot pre-hurricane and loved it so we returned for round 2. We loved our place, right in front of the pool, it was quiet and comfortable..

Barefoot Cottages

Very quiet place, the condo/Apartment we had was directly in front of the pool, the place was very clean, well stocked all we needed to bring was food. TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room. I would stay again if the need arises, we were there on business.

We enjoyed Barefoot Cottages very much! It was very clean, and I would certainly stay there again! The only complaint that I have, is that the bed in the balcony room, needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable and noisy. Over all, it is a great place to stay!

Yours is the first time we've received this sort of feedback about this bed. Sometimes mattress comfort is a personal preference issue, but if future guests have the same comment, we'll definitely recommend that it be replaced.

Wonderful unit

The unit was everything it was advertised. The grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool. Furnishings were nicer than what is normal

Charming

I loved the feel of the cottage, felt right at home! All of the necessities were available. We loved being right at the pool for convenience. I was a little worried it may be noisy, but even when several people were there it was not overwhelming.

Barefoot Cottages

Totally enjoyable stay. The only drawback was location. There wasn't anything to do that didn't require driving. I know this isn't your issue but once we drove to the beach access, it had a lot to be desired.
