The Space:

You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience Admire and enjoy everything The Sunshine State has to offer in this beautifully decorated condo at Sterling Shores Resort and create memories that will last a lifetime! Boasting magnificent beach and gulf views, a fully-equipped kitchen that will make cooking a breeze, and shared on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a grill area to enjoy a delicious poolside cookout, and a fitness center, this resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway! Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores! WHAT’S NEARBY Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. There are several incredible places for some family-friendly fun, such as The Track, Big Kahuna, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and more! Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Condo was amazing. With breath taking views. Super clean

Third floor view was amazing beautiful sunrise and beautiful sunsets every day. Heated pool at 90 was amazing and the hot tub was 104. My only complaint is the pots and pans they are terrible to try and get clean they need to be swapped out with good Teflon coated ones but that's it I will definitely stay at Sterling Sands again.

Another Great Year

This is my 7th year staying at this property and my 5th year in this unit. Each visit has been a wonderful experience. I love the location, right across the street from the beach and the Back Porch Restaurant.

We were locked out of room waiting for maintenance for 7 hours with two kids . Spoke to multiple different representatives about getting refund for at least one night stay . Was told will receive an email confirmation never got confirmation . Never received email . Never received a refund .

Great apartment, but....

Great apartment, everything was very nice. Very clean, near the beach, swimming pool. BUT.... The apartment lacks a normal, powerful vacuum cleaner. Every day it is necessary to vacuum, because from the beach brought a lot of sand. But there is no normal vacuum cleaner. The one that is in the apartment is very weak and does not really suction. Buy a normal vacuum cleaner.
