The Space:

This 12th floor, Gulf-front condo features a private balcony that is accessible via two sets of sliding glass doors. Sit outside and enjoy the relaxing, seaside atmosphere while listening to the sounds of the Gulf. Other features include a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, plus a comfortable living area and dining area. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to a host of on-site resort amenities including shared pools, a fitness center, and gas grills.



Entertainment is also close by at Pier Park, just two miles away, featuring an array of local shops and restaurants. Fun for the entire family!

There were a few things I wish we'd known before booking. None were vacation-ending, but together they affected the experience.1. The broken balcony door mentioned in a previous review was still not repaired.2. The management company provides very cheap/basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, bedding, etc.), so don't expect much beyond the essentials.3. The kitchen was completely bare. Bring coffee filters (12-cup coffee maker), salt and pepper, and any other basics you might normally expect to find in a vacation rental.4. We had no hot water when we arrived. To their credit, maintenance responded promptly and resolved the issue.5. The elevator and parking garage areas were noticeably dirty and often smelled unpleasant.6. The required wristbands didn't appear to be enforced during our stay.7. The cleaning staff knocked on our door about 10 minutes before the posted checkout time, which felt unnecessary.On a positive note, Diego's is absolutely worth the one-mile walk if you enjoy great tacos and margaritas.Also, be aware that the nearest full grocery store (Publix) is about a 20-minute drive, and traffic can be heavy depending on the time of day.Hopefully this helps future guests know what to expect.

Clean, nice condo with great views.

The condo was as expected. No big issues. The balcony door in the living room wouldn't lock because it was broken. That made me feel a little uncomfortable. Would stay again if it was available.
