Relax at this scenic location with unobstructed views of the Gore Range and a ten acre lake out the back door. Located in the heart of ski country with easy highway access to all the ski areas, this four bedroom duplex has everything needed for a wonderful, quiet vacation experience. The summer months offer beautiful days and cool nights and activities to please any vacationer.

Three Bedrooms on the upper floor and one on the main floor offer exceptional comfort for you and your guests with five queen beds. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen bed so the home can accommodate up to eight persons.

The kitchen has everything needed to prepare gourmet meals and the gas fireplace and jetted tub are just two of the amenities that make this home special. A two-car garage is a real bonus as well as high-speed internet, washer and dryer and 40' smart TV. The dining room seats seven and the breakfast bar an additional two persons.
All newly decorated and offered at reasonable rates.
The other side of the duplex can also be rented and can accommodate 8 persons as well, so this is an ideal setting for a family reunion or any large gathering.

Perfect Ski House

This place is set up great for a skiing vacation. Location close to restaurants and stores in downtown Silverthorne, but on the outskirts with a great view of the mountains. It's half of a large duplex, not huge, but very efficient use of space - we had 9 adults and did not feel crowded; 2 big bathrooms upstairs with plenty of counter space and a 3rd downstairs; bedrooms have dressers and/or closets with lots of hangers. Super comfortable, cozy living room with nice gas fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen. Large, 2 car garage, plus parking in the driveway, lots of space in the entry hall for boots, skis, etc. It's a great set up, and a very good value.

Comfortable and accommodating for our large family

Perfectly located for our family trip! Close to stores/food and easy to navigate to Winter Park, Vail, Breckenridge and Frisco. Multiple bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms allowed everyone to have space.Overall fantastic! My only feedback is that the sofa sleeper is REALLLLLLY uncomfortable. A new mattress would do it wonders!

6th Year in a row!

Already talking about returning next year with our group. Recently updated/refreshed on the inside and that was a nice surprise. We have a group of 12 of us that have come to Summit County for road biking for 12 years in a row. Finding this location and the adjacent other half of the duplex has been so great.

Great Area

Beautiful home

I felt like I was staying at my favorite relatives place. There’s plenty of cooking ware and China to make and have a nice family dinner. The place is clean and nicely laid out. I really do feel like I was staying at my favorite relatives house. I felt very welcomed. We made a lot of great memories.

Beautiful location

Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults! Great location close to Breckinridge, Idaho Falls, and Georgetown, so plenty of things to do and see!

5th Year in a row!

This is the 5th consecutive year renting both of the units, and it is always an excellent stay. A group of 12 adults split both units and spend a week in Silverthorne cycling. The location is great, with an amazing view out the back.

Family/Hiking/ Vacation

Check in was so easy, we chose Silverthorne because of the location, “home base “ to the activities we had chosen. Mt. Evans, Hanging Lake, Indian Hot Springs in Idaho Springs, Brekenridge. Nice drive to Boulder to see family. There were 6 of us and we were from Ohio and Houston, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms- we could have accommodated 4 more!! The view from the deck- overlooking the pond, mountains- beautiful- enjoyed coffee in the morning, moon and star gazing at night. Nice walking path from the property. Great kitchen- we cooked supper, had everything we needed, washer and dryer was kept busy!! Wonderful property. June 26-June30, 2023. Rose B.

Skiing trip

We stayed here last year. Karen is quick to resolve any issues. Toilet problem, last year. This year the previous renters left a large amount of trash piled around the trash can that was over flowing, in the garage. However, it was picked up within a few a hours. Decor is a little dated but overall the location is great.

Wonderful view, spacious

We very much enjoyed our stay, the view and location are terrific, the local amenities are great (park with sledding hills, walking trail around the lake). The home was spacious with room to expand the table to fit everyone. There weren’t a lot of extra towels/blankets/sheets and the kitchen was missing some items (measuring cups/spoons, storage containers, spices). But those were easy to work through

Fun ski trip to the mountains

Property owner was very communicative and accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. The layout was perfect for our group of 8. Very clean and cozy.

Fantastic house in great location

Very well maintained house with many kitchen upgrades. Just as described, roomy and clean. 2 car garage is wonderful during winter. Host is a great communicator. Amazing views. Only real issue is that beds are a bit past their prime. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable home

Wedding reunion

Convenience and more

309 is the pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow. From start to finish and every moment in between, we were in the right place for our group needs. Karen is a phenomenal super host and her home is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with up-to-date provisions. We walked on the river walk into town, and we were able to walk to the Friday night First Event and danced the night away! We hiked five 14er peaks, easy drives, and did multiple hikes up to 13000 feet. We were within minutes of City Market, REI, and many outlets. Simply sitting on the deck at the end of the day, looking over the lake at the amazing mountains, it was totally perfect. And, it turns out, a member of our group left her second set of car keys on the couch and Karen was spot on with a text and email letting us know the cleaning service found them and what to do to get them mailed home. The communication and connection time was beyond amazing. Many thanks for our time in Silverthorne.
