This beach condo has amazing, panoramic views from living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor deck. Relaxing and comfortable vacation home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths. End unit with newly upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Communal Pool and Hot Tub. Walking distance to beach and bike/hike trail. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego. Less than an hour drive to Disneyland, Legoland, Sea World, and San Diego Zoo.

This is our third rental of this fabulous property.For the six of us it checks all the boxes we need. Three bedrooms, two baths, fabulous pool and spa, ocean view, and underground parking.Jody, the property manager is awesome. You text her, and her response is almost immediate.We look forward to renting it next year too!

This is the third year we have stayed in this fabulous condo.The pool, jacuzzi, underground parking is so nice.There is everything you might need as far as kitchen utensils! It even has a salad spinner!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful California coast! Walking path and park right there. Plenty of room. Had everything we needed for a relaxing week and included underground parking which is a huge plus in this area

A great ocean view condo. Stocked with everything needed to make it a home away from home. Open the windows and enjoy a refreshing ocean breeze and listen to the breaking waves!

Girls trip 2025

Incredible view! Enjoyed mornings watching the dolphins and hearing the sea lions squawking on the rock. Heated Pool was ideally located. Bldg and grounds well cared for. Christy and Jody were easy to work with. So much to do in the area. We really enjoyed our girls trip!

Great location, San Clemente

Awesome location overlooking Pacific Ocean and Calafia park. Easy access to beach. Off street garage parking. Unit is a little dated except for bathrooms/kitchen. Overall nice quiet place in a cool town.

Girls gathering

Five of us stayed in this three bed, two bath home. The deck and views are the best. The living, dining, kitchen area was spacious and comfortable. Loved having two parking spots, underground and secure.

Fabulous setting for a family get-away at the beach. We were able to walk down to the shore for splashing in the waves or building sand castles. We were also able to take a free trolly from Calafia Beach Park to the San Clemente Pier and beyond.The house was very clean and adequately equipped. Underground assigned parking and a nice pool and hot tub. Views, especially sunsets, were very visible from the unit. A keeper.

This was an ideal condo. My favorite thing was simply to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean. The sunsets were unforgettable. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We cooked many meals in the well appointed kitchen and then enjoyed them at the large dining room table also overlooking the Pacific. I could seriously more in permanently! I really appreciate being able to stay in this great spot for 2 weeks while vacationing in the adorable town of San Clemente and its beaches.

A perfect fit

This property was great for our family vacation. Listening to the waves through the windows was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Beach supplies made our trips down to the water full of fun. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Definitely want to return next year

Amazing ocean view and great location

The rental was in a great location that provided amazing ocean views from inside the condo and also the covered patio. Access to Calafia State beach and the coastal trail was about a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit to this great location.

Family Vacation

This is our second time renting this condo and we plan on doing so again in the future. It is a great location with a short walk to the beach. Nicely stocked in the kitchen and with beach items. We fully enjoyed the patio and the park right outside the condo. The property manager is responsive and helped us as needed. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Views and Easy access to beach

The manager is great, the access to the beach and trail to pier is handy, parking is secure and views are spectacular. The beds and living room furniture have seen better days. The beds are very soft from wear. There is everything you could possibly need for the beach and to make your own meals.

The condo was really perfect for us. We never have been to San Clemente. The views from the condo were beautiful. Great location from the beach. Love the more chill vibe here. The condo has everything we needed and more. Really enjoyed our vacation! Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo. We will be back !

Beautiful & Close to Beach

Amazing views of the Pacific from the kitchen and living room. The patio was great and also had a beautiful view, great for watching the sunset. The place was stocked with everything we needed and a few things we didn’t realize we needed, but did. 10 outta 10 recommend, just not for the week I’ll want it next year. ;)

San Clemente Condo

Nice place, lots of cooking pana, spices, pantry, games, puzzles, beach stuff. We were unfortunate in that the sun appeared for only a few hours one day, otherwise the coast was foggy for 7 days straight. The beds are kind of hard. The furniture w as low to the floor and difficult get get out of for an older person. San Clemente is a nice place. This is a nice place for a family r fmily gathering.

Please replace sliding patio door!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. There are six of us so the 3 bedroom 2 bath is perfect. We love having both the beach and the heated pool! The underground parking is wonderful because there is seldom street parking at the beach. We were disappointed that the sliding patio door is almost impossible to open. The screen door also had holes in It leaving openings for bugs. We were battling ants almost every day of our trip. The property manager did say the exterior of the property is sprayed monthly. We highly recommend that the patio door be replaced. It honestly took two people to open the door! Salt water and corrosion has taken a toll on this door. We noticed several owners have recently replaced their doors. The door was not like this two years ago when we stayed there.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for your feedback! We are happy you were able to enjoy your week despite a couple of issues. I’m sorry the slider froze up on you during your stay. Several other owners have replaced their doors and we are happy to let you know that ours is also on order to be replaced, including the screen! Our property manager mentioned that she offered to send someone out regarding the ants. We did have them come out again and that issue has also been resolved. Great location!

Pros: The location is great! View amazing! Short walk to beach. Small grassy park right next door. The kitchen was recently remodeled. Cons: the rest of the condo is need of updating: bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, bedding. The shower is the master bedroom leaked the entire week we were there. Somehow we ended up with not enough pillow cases and the wrong size fitted sheet on one of the beds so it kept coming off at night. (The manager did drop off 2 pillowcases after I complained) This is also a bring your own toilet paper condo. The day we arrived there was only a little bit left on each roll, which necessitated a quick trip to the store to buy more. The manager also said that toilet paper is not included. hmmm.... Overall, this is the second time we stayed here with our family and enjoyed our time here but next time we will look to stay someplace different.

We always appreciate feedback and welcome suggestions for improvements to help our guests have an enjoyable experience. I'm sorry your visit was not to your satisfaction. We recently upgraded the kitchen and have plans in the near future to upgrade the bathrooms. I apologize for the inconvenience of the leaking shower. A plumber was there the day before you arrived, on Wednesday during your visit, and again after you left. I'm happy to say the issue is now resolved. We are in a procedural transition with our cleaners and I'm sorry the supplies were not there when you arrived. We do provide toilet paper, as well as other basic supplies. The pillow cases were out of reach in the hall cabinet and have since been placed on an easy to access shelf. Again, thank you for your feedback and we are glad you were able to enjoy your stay.
