The adjacent tiny home is perfect for extra guests, offering a queen bedroom, a bunk bed room, a fold-out sofa, a full bathroom, and its own kitchen. Both the main house and the tiny home provide stunning, uninterrupted views of Lamoka Lake, giving you a peaceful retreat with the perfect combination of relaxation and recreation.

Whether you’re sipping wine at a nearby vineyard, hiking scenic trails, or simply enjoying a quiet morning on the deck overlooking the lake, this property provides the perfect Finger Lakes getaway.

This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 2 dogs.) Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Excellent property, the tiny house a blast!

Our group had a fantastic stay. The main & tiny house very clean and easy to use. The views from the deck and fire pit across the valley were spectacular. This is a great value and we would stay again.

Great find- beautiful view! Easy access to 3 Finger Lakes!

Very nice homes- main and tiny- clean and well kept. Comfortable for 5 adults- 1 toddler and 1 baby- we did not use the bunk beds in the tiny house or the pullouts. Main house big enough to all hang out and cook in- also enjoyed the wrap around deck and the fire pit! So many wineries- we also visited the Keuka beach nearby! My granddaughter loves a playground and a few nearby-our favorite was visiting Taughannook Park- 25 minutes or so and well worth it!

Incredible

Three generations of us have been threatening for years to go to the Corning Museum of Glass. Having two separate houses spaces to get together space to spread out space for those 15 to 86 to decide what their vacation looks like is incredible. Super clean modern and welcoming. Thank you again for helping us build memories! Loved it!

Awesome Place for a Large Group with an Amazing View

Rented this place to meet at a half point with my family from Canada to celebrate Mother’s Day. We were a large group so we had access to the main house and to the tiny house. There was more than enough space for everyone. The property was not super close to the neighbors which gave us privacy and the children had lots of space to run around the property. The washing machine and dryer came in handy after a wet and muddy visit to Watkins Glen Falls. The kitchens were fully stocked with dishes and the refrigerators had ample space. Everything was super clean and updated. The drive to the “downtown” area was about 25 minutes with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome stay!!

What a cozy and comfortable place to stay! The view is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I loved sitting on the couch with our coffee, watching the sun rise over the lake and hills—it was so peaceful. Later in the day, we spent time out on the huge deck, complete with chairs, a table, and a grill, enjoying the fresh air and quiet countryside. We even listened to the sheep in the field across the road, which added to the charm. We were lucky enough to spot deer by the woods in the side yard, making it feel extra special. The house itself is super clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether it’s for a weekend or longer. It was so nice to unwind in front of the fireplace after a day of exploring the area. It’s also conveniently located near wineries, state parks, shopping, and museums, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, private getaway!! We will definitely be back!!
