Enjoy the privacy and space of this three level house overlooking lake Winnipesaukee and the Ossipee mountain range. The house has central air conditioning with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room with stone fireplace, game room with ping pong table, a deck on every level, large yard, all the amenities of home plus dvd players with a selection of movies, two flat screen t.vs, all linens provided. New in 2020, large patio with firetable and plenty of seating. The house is minutes from many recreational activities, Gunstock mountain, Weirs beach, Funspot the world's largest indoor arcade, movies, restaurants, hiking trails, Ellacoya state park beach and Meadowbrook(Bank of New Hampshire pavilion) which is a popular concert venue.

Great house

House location is great, the views from the decks and windows were incredible, I would rent this house again. Short ride to everything.

Beautiful weekend getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It's clean, modern interior, and the balconies are in great shape. Probably the best view we've had from a rental. We would certainly stay again.

What a great getaway

Wonderful property. The home was very clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. A large lawn to let the kids and dogs run around, and a wonderful view of the lake from the deck for my husband and I to relax and take it all in. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous House with Amazing Views

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a perfect getaway for a girls weekend. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxed setting with such a perfect view. We all spoke about wanting to come back and enjoy the beautiful home!!

The house exceeded my expectations. Very clean and cozy. The view was amazing! We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the view of the lake.

Very comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay in Carolyn's house. It is comfortable and pretty, spacious, with a lot of natural light. The views of the lake are stunning and makes the deck a fantastic place for dinner/breakfast. There are toys and board games for the little ones, which was great as we were travelling with children. Communication with the host was pleasant and easy and we felt very welcome.

Incredible Views!!

Carolyn’s place was perfect for our vacation to Gilford, NH. The house was clean and exactly as expected! Rebecca met us shortly after our arrival and was wonderful as well. I would recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! My only “advice” is to be careful with the hot water - it can get extremely hot!

Great Labor day weekend

The location is perfect, we attended a concert at nearby Bank of New Hampshire pavilion a short 10 minute drive, the beach is 5 minutes away and Gunstock right down the road. Tremendous views from the various decks. Caroline and her sister could not have been more accommodating. Great time

Wonderful Get Away!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay with close friends! This house was truly beautiful with wonderful amenities and just breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee! It was well located in a quiet area, yet close by to shopping, restaurants and the Bank of NH Pavilion, where we had concert tickets to a great show. Carolyn was very easy to communicate with from the start and made sure we had everything we needed. Rebecca welcomed us upon arrival and suggested some great restaurants nearby! Great stay, we would definitely return! Thank you very much!

Excellent family house!

This house was perfect for my sons, daughter in laws and grandchildren. The house was very clean and the lay out is perfect. We enjoyed the deck every morning and night. The private beach was wonderful. Carolyn was a gem to work with. Rebecca her assistant was there in minutes when we needed her. Thank you so much ~ we will be back. Peggy

This was the perfect house for us! Three couples each looking for quiet time and gathering time! It was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and so comfortable and peaceful. We appreciated the close proximity to Gunstock and restaurants, and the water. The view was priceless! Thank you Carolyn for your welcoming nature and genuine interest in this being a pleasurable time! We want to come back!!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed in Carolyn's home labor day weekend through the first week of September. The house is spacious, quiet, close to everything and the view of the lake is outstanding! The house has everything you need, linens, towels, etc. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck, enjoying the view of the boats whizzing by on the lake. The care taker Rebecca was quick to respond with any questions we had. The private beach access was wonderful. The beach is clean, lots of natural shade, not overly crowded and great for parents with small children. We would definitely stay again!

Autumn View hard to beat

I was very excited to begin my stay at Carolyn ' s house and once I got to the house, I couldn't have been more impressed! The whole process contacting the owner before our stay was very helpful as well, Carolyn was very responsive, accommodating and even gave us suggestions in the area. The house itself was immaculate, it must be brand new and was extremely clean and spacious. We had six people and all had plenty of space, even seemed a bit too big at times! There are three levels and each has a porch overlooking one of the most breathtaking views I have seen. It overlooked winnepesauke and with the fall foliage it was incredible. The check out process was very simple, I've been at some places where they make you go through hoops but the house caretaker had very simple spelled out instructions like resetting the thermostat and easy trash disposal on site. We are already planning on returning, we just hope the hot tub is available and we won't be able to say no! Would recommend to groups of any kind! !

Magic in the Mountains!!!

The cliff property in Gilford, NH was beautiful!! Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 pups to spread out and enjoy!! We loved having 3 levels of deck space, including the private balcony off (what we used as) the master! Honestly, the listing photos did not do this property justice. You can definitely tell there has been several updates and lots of attention to detail. Extra clean towels, extra hangers and lots of night lights in the walls… these little ‘extras’ make a HUGE difference. We also appreciated the use of the town beach pass!!! It was very hot (90°+) while we were in town, and while it took a bit of extra time for the house to cool when we arrived, we loved that we could just scoot down to the beach… just a few minutes up the street!! We also were able to enjoy a few beautiful sunrises & sunsets… and even a double rainbow on our last night in NH!!! LOVE the views!!! Thank you! Thank you!

Beautiful Home and beautiful view.

This was a great rental, the owner and caretaker are awesome! We will be going back! My only complaint is the beds are a little uncomfortable and the deck furniture too. Just needs updating . everything else was PERFECT!! worst case I bring a mattress topper! The road in is a little scary on a motorcycle but we found the back way. Worth the tight turns.

Golf stay

House was very nice, beautiful property and great location. By the 2nd day I had the grill run out of propane with about 3lbs of tips half cooked. There were two more tanks in the shed both empty. The same night the propane tank ran out for the propane fire pit. And we went to use the hottub the next day only to find it empty and full of leaves and pine needles. Last day when I went to do some laundry there was a load still in the machine from prior tenants. Overall great house but requires better management.

Exceeding Expectations

Carolynn and Rebecca surly went above and beyond for what was meant to be a long-needed getaway for me and a group of close high school friends. Their communication was great and made us all feel welcome from start to finish. I 100% plan on staying here again to continue building memories in such a beautiful New Hampshire area. The views are stunning, just sitting on the deck and looking at the lake and hearing the sounds of nature made me fall for the property. I felt like this house had everything I was looking for, open living room with lots of windows, very large decks for entertaining and a spacious yard with beautiful flowers. I love the feel of the town of Gilford it has a wonderful New England charm.
