Enjoy three full floors of space in this bright house with several skylights and wall of windows, 5 bedrooms to choose from(two on the main floor), 3 bathrooms, a wrap around oversized deck, main floor fireplace and family room pool table. Don't forget your toys, a large shed is available for locked storage. New in 2020, large outdoor patio with plenty of seating. Minutes away from many activities such as Gunstock mountain with zip line, adventure park, segway tours and electric bikes, FunSpot, Weirs beach with a train ride and boat rides, Ellacoya State park beach, hiking trails, Meadowbrook concert venue, blueberry picking(in season). Flexible check in /out times are available for your convenience.

Excellent location and host

Extremely close to gunstock so easy for ski trips. Very responsive host and the home is clean and just as pictured. Would definitely stay again

Long weekend family ski trip

Beautiful, spacious home, close to Gunstock

This is our second time staying at this home. It is spacious and great for a couple of families to share. The host and caretaker go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and happy. Extra little touches like chocolate on all the pillows when we arrived :) They respond immediately to any questions or requests. I highly recommend staying here for your next family getaway or ski trip!

Ski trip

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. We were 4 adults, 4 teens/tweens and 2 dogs. The kids enjoyed the basement space with the pool table and TV while the adults had their space upstairs. There was a nice yard in the back for the dogs to run around. We were met at the house by the caretaker who was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Laconia bike week

All was great from start to finish. Was met at property for arrival and property was just as advertised and location was great for us. Enjoyed and would stay again and recommend!

Great get-away property

Great location for extended family

Great house, comfortable for 10 people of varying ages. Semi-private beach access was great and friendly folks around. Would stay again if going to the area.

Perfect location for us!

We loved our stay! The deck space is wonderful for a morning cup of coffee and the fire pit was great in the evening with a glass of wine. The property is close to all the local attractions but secluded and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!!

Fathers Day Weekend

We stayed at this home for Father’s Day weekend/end of bike week. This house was a good distance from the strip but still a popular area so we could still hear bikes at all hours of the night going back to where they were staying. The house was clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with as well as the house manager. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place for winter outing

We wanted a place nearby a ski area for a holiday family gathering...this was a perfect spot, plenty of space and nice location. A few minor issues were resolved by caretaker promptly. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful wedding weekend

Beautiful, spacious gem!

Great house for a large group especially teens.

Great house for a large group especially teens. The space was perfect there was downstairs at the pool table that the teenagers could hang out separate from the adults. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms perfect for a big crew.
