The living area offers a wood burning stove, west and south facing windows, perfect for impressive mountain views and sunsets.

Kitchen:
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. It is well stocked with cooking supplies, pots and pans.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are spacious, and inviting. The upstairs bedroom features a king bed, television and seating area for two. There are three bedrooms downstairs, two with queen beds and one with a full size bunk bed.

Outdoors:
Step outside and experience the beauty of nature on the expansive porch area. Sit back and listen to the peaceful sounds of the desert while taking in the panoramic views of the Sandia Mountains. The perfect spot for stargazing.

** Please note this home`s water is provided by a private, on-property Well. Occasionally there might be a slight sulfur smell due to the minerals in the water. For this reason we do provide bottled water at a courtesy at the airbnb.

• Maximum guests: 12 (including children and infants)
• No parties or events — gatherings beyond registered guests require approval.
• No smoking or vaping indoors — outdoor areas may be used responsibly.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM to respect the peaceful mountain setting and neighbors.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets in the outdoor area.

🔥 Fireplace & Fire Pit
• The indoor wood-burning fireplace is for cozy use only.
• Please open the flue/damper before lighting a fire.
• Only burn the provided firewood — no trash or other materials.
• The fireplace is made of metal and gets very hot during use. Please use caution and keep children and pets at a safe distance to avoid burns.
• Never leave the fire unattended.
• The outdoor fire pit is available seasonally and only when local fire restrictions allow.
• Fully extinguish all fires before leaving them unattended or going inside.
