Welcome to Pellom's Perch. A Beautiful Oceanfront Couple's Retreat.

A 3rd floor, oceanfront, beach condo at Topsail Reef. Offering an unobstructed,spectacular view of the ocean. A rare experience on Topsail Island. At low tide you have a beautiful, secluded beach to enjoy the water and sand, or look for sharks teeth and shells. At high tide, sit on the balcony, watch for dolphins, or relax and read a book while listening to the waves and sea gulls. There's a public beach access a short, 3 minute walk away with plenty of beach during high tide. The tastefully decorated condo has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. This condo was fully remodeled in May of 2026. See photos.

Enjoyed our stay. A little dated, but great location. Short walk to more beachfront, which wasn’t overly crowded even during a holiday weekend. Great communication with the host. Lots of special touches provided.

This condo offers everything you need and nothing you don't - it's perfect! The balcony perch and easy solitude of North Topsail Beach made my last-minute solo trip a rejuvenating retreat - easy, efficient, and relaxing.

A window unit AC would have improved the stay, as the living room was hot at times.

Thank you! We would LOVE to put in a through the wall AC. We had one for years, and then the lovely HOA said they gotta go ☹️ The portable ACs were the only option. Hopefully one day we can go back to the through the wall 🤞

You can't get any closer to the beach! We loved sitting out on the balcony. This was a perfect getaway for two people!

Cozy getaway by the sea

We had a long weekend here for our 10th anniversary. Our host was fantastic. Great communication and very thoughtful amenities. Definitely over and above what we expected. The condo was comfortable and well-maintained. Amazing to be basically right in the ocean!

Saying our stay was wonderful just isn’t enough, The host thought of everything, so many details that made it feel like home. Host was always available for questions. Beautiful ocean views

It was perfect for two people. We enjoyed it and the ocean was right there. Sad that the beach front is being washed away. You can walk a little ways and have more sand though. I loved it there.

Paradise

What a lovely, quiet and peaceful vacation. If there is a way to stay any closer to the ocean, I would like to see it. We had an amazing time this past week, and the north end of Topsail Island is hands down one of my favorites now! Thank you again, for a wonderful vacation!
