The property was clean and well situated to enjoy all that is to offer of Scottsdale. Particularly great if you are traveling with a pup with trails nearby. I wished it had a lounge chair to lay down in the back yard but other than that, totally enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent and when I return to Scottsdale, I would stay here again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in the area. We were in town for a week for a family wedding, and the location, amenities, and home itself couldn’t have been better. The communication with the owner was top notch and I would definitely look forward to staying here again.

Very lovely, safe neighborhood, Nicely decorated, clean, and very well stocked. For us, it wasn't as close to the area of Old Town that we thought. But, would definitely stay again. Felt safe and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and a pleasure. Thank you for a memorable time!

Perfectly Placed Weekend Getaway For Family

We enjoyed every minute of this gem of a house. It was the perfect hub for our family. It is clean, has a great location, and has a great backyard for a family to be together.

Perfect place for me, my wife, and our 18 month old. Had everything we needed. The kitchen/outdoor area was so great. You can walk out the door and get onto the canal from the neighborhood. Very safe, great place for a family. We will be back!

Lovely home away from home

I would absolutely stay in this home again. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was serene after a long day!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Scottsdale! The home was clean and inviting. The back yard games were fun and we cooked Christmas dinner on the BBQ grill. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed evening walks. Chris was always accessible and helpful. Great stay!!

Great Outdoor Space

Enjoyed our stay, especially the covered outdoor space, gas fire pit and bocce ball. Easy walk to Scottsdale's Old Town area with shopping, restaurants and bars.

I purchased this home because it was one of few neighborhoods in Phoenix that was walking distance to so many different places. Within blocks you have top restaraunts, fun bars, fantastic art galaries, and events at the Civic Center, Art Musuem, Botanical Gardens, Zoo and Spring Training.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I have not found a property on VRBO that is in a better location. This is truly one of the few properties that is 'in' old town. Other properties that have 'old town' in the property heading are miles away. This house is blocks away.
