Great Getaway Stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed all the outdoor amenities (fire pit, bocce ball, horse shoes) and how conveniently located it was to historic downtown. Great Scottsdale get away

Best place to stay

Loved the house! Excellent and easy place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, peaceful and well maintained. The owner Chris was so very helpful and pleasant. He has a lot of pride in his house and property. Would love to stay there again in the future.

Great place, as advertised

Nicely remodeled home with lovely outdoor space, including bocce ball and fruit trees. We picked our own grapefruit, which was delicious. Walking distance or short ride to Old Town.

Wedding weekend

Perfect stay!

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs in Phoenix and this one is definitely a keeper. It’s a great location. Close to old town Scottsdale in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the bocce court in the backyard and the grapefruit and oranges from the fruit trees. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We hope to be back next year for Spring Training!

Beautiful property, great location!

We were in town for a girls weekend. Three of us stayed in the house and it was lovely. My friends commented several times that the owners thought of everything. The house was one of the best equipped short term rentals that we have stayed in. The location is an easy walk to Old Town, the beds are comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. The back yard is adorable and perfect for sitting outside on a pretty AZ day or evening. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Nice, Clean and Worth the Money

This property was very clean and nice. The property owner (Chris) was absolutely amazing and extremely attentive. The fruit trees on the property were a bonus. Nothing like fresh orange, lemon or grapefruit in your drinks. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Guys Golf Trip

We’ll be back!

This home has a great layout and is well appointed. High-end finishes (love the kitchen and dining room ). It has a big beautiful backyard. It’s close to old town Scottsdale shopping & restaurants. We had a great time celebrating our daughters birthday. The owner was prompt with responses and communicates extremely well. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

5 Star Property and Host!!!

The best part of our stay was getting to work with the host. Chris created an exceptional stay and vacation experience for my family. His communication and level of care for his clients is top-notch. The property was very clean, organized and in a prime location between Scottsdale and Phoenix. We had never traveled with our toddler before and he made sure we had a pack 'n play available to use to make our trip less stressful. I would highly, highly recommend Chris and his property. I would give him an 11 out of 10 rating!

I purchased this home because it was one of few neighborhoods in Phoenix that was walking distance to so many different places. Within blocks you have top restaraunts, fun bars, fantastic art galaries, and events at the Civic Center, Art Musuem, Botanical Gardens, Zoo and Spring Training.

I have not found a property on VRBO that is in a better location. This is truly one of the few properties that is 'in' old town. Other properties that have 'old town' in the property heading are miles away. This house is blocks away.
