Beech Hill Studio was very family-friendly and pet-friendly. It was incredibly cozy, lovely decorated and perfectly located to accommodate our visit to Acadia National Park.

We had a great stay. The suite was comfortable and very clean. The location was great and close to everything. I would absolutely recommend Lenny’s place to anyone.

We had a great stay!The space was as described and better than expected… so many great details and am maxing locations for any Bar Harbor/Acadia experience.We want to go back, so much more to do and the Studio is a great place from which to do it.

Great location for enjoying things in Bar Harbor and Acadia! The Cottage was very clean and quiet. Easy check in. Would recommend to others and return ourselves again.

The room was very clean, and the yard was beautiful. Everything we need was well prepared, and we had a very comfortable stay. The only small note is that body shower was almost empty. Overall, we had a great stay!

Beautiful and quiet retreat! Everything was laid out perfectly. The artistic touches inside and outside were awesome! Tremendous attention to detail. This place enhanced our stay on the island.

This place is a treasure and was perfect for us and our two dogs. You can drive 5 minutes and be hiking in Acadia. Very close to southwest harbor where we rented bikes and ate ice cream. The accommodations were immaculate, with a beautiful outdoor space. Lenny and Kat are great hosts. We will definitely return!

Very patient and kind hosts who put up with our dog who barked and whined for a while we were out .this place is quiet and pictures don’t do it justice as it is BEAUTIFULLY furnished and built. A REAL GEM !

We loved our stay at Lenny’s property! Everything we needed was easy to find in the studio. Comfortable king bed with a partial wall for some privacy. Our son and his girlfriend joined us since he’s attending college in Maine. He agreed to the futon, despite being 6’2”… lol. He had agreed to make a pallet on the floor if it was too cramped for the two of them. He ended up on the floor both nights. I knew this would probably happen, so I have NO complaints. Just might be helpful information for anyone planning to bring grown “kids”.All in all, the adorable place was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this out of the way studio, that was still close to the things we wanted to do. Lenny and Kat had the room provided with everything you could want.

A quaint and relaxing stay close to everything MDI and Acadia have to offer. Hosts were quick to respond, all major hiking points a twenty minute drive and comfortable beds for when the day’s done. Would definitely recommend :)

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful studio! Surrounded by nature, the location is incredibly convenient for exploring Acadia National Park, yet it feels miles away from the crowds. It was the perfect, quiet retreat to come back to after navigating the busy summer rush in Bar Harbor and the park.Lenny was a fantastic host—incredibly responsive, gracious, and welcoming. Don't let the fact that it's a newer listing hesitate to book. This place is special and we will definitely be back.

Had a great stay. A pretty great location- 10-15 minutes from most Quiet Side locations and under 25 minutes to places like Jordan Pond and Bar Harbor. No kitchen, but everything you’d need short of that - microwave, toaster oven, water heater, etc.Very comfortably fit 2, would be a little challenging with four adults. But great overall!
