Discover this unique 3-bedroom 1st floor gulf front condo in Orange Beach. The adorable space features two king beds and a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Modernized and remodeled just a few short years ago. Quartz and granite counter tops as well as new appliances and furnishings. End unit with lots of light and a wrap around balcony. No waiting for elevators and the beach is within 50 yards of the unit. WIFI, cable, streaming, and lots of charging stations are available. Pool is very close but not too close. Breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf. Low density building and pet friendly for one small canine under 25lbs with a $250.00 fee and prior approval. The HOA charges 40.00 parking fee per stay through an app. 1 space is guaranteed per unit per stay. Second car or space is handled on a first come first served basis.

Amazing location right on the beach! Host was excellent and very easy to reach for any questions. Super clean condo in perfect location! This is our second stay at this building and this 1st floor condo is such a gem! I give all the stars!

Stunning views and steps away from the beautiful white sands beach. Condo was stocked with everything - beds were so comfortable. Can't recommend this property enough. John - the owner- was great and available for anything. He communicated all throughout - from booking to checkout, he really cares about his guests and their vacation experience!

Stayed at this condo before. Very modernized, kitchen well appointed. Great view from condo of entire beach. Nice to have amenities, like paper towels, toiletpaper, etc. for you. Nice appliances, coffee pots, air fryer, dishes, pots, etc. Easy to get to beach! And convenient on first floor, park so close to front door, no elevator needed.Several groceries stores and restaurants in walking distance. Enjoyed out stay, thanks again John.

Great condo in a great location! This condo location has everything, first floor access so it's easier to get to the beach and pool. Walmart right across the street, Publix just a short walk or drive down the the street. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream that are easy to get to. The condo itself is very comfortable and well done. The beds are the most comfortable we've had so far in all the places we've stayed. Everything was great - excellent spacious bathrooms, large bedrooms (except for the small bunk room, definitely tight), great laundry machines, love the big island in the kitchen, love the pantry so food doesn't have to sit out on the counter, even the living room furniture was comfortable which is unusual in a beach condo. Our family of 5 with a small dog thoroughly enjoyed our time and can't wait to go back.

This was our second trip staying at this property. We love the location and convenience to the beach and pool—both are just steps away! We enjoyed watching the sunrise, sunsets and gorgeous ocean views from the balcony. It was the perfect family getaway.

This was a last-minute stay for us and everything was excellent. First and foremost, Veronica is an excellent host who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute booking. Second, the condo is gorgeous and the view and location can’t be beat. We loved the proximity to the beach and just relaxing on the spacious deck. We highly recommend this property and Veronica.

Family vacation after volleyball nationals
