The condo was immaculate and clean. The pool and hot tub added a little some extra to our stay. The view is just spectacular. Kid friendly and family based

Location is great, easy beach access and not overly crowded on the sand. Unit was good, could have been better. Towels were stained, there were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker, no wifi information, sheets were very thin so I would bring a blanket, very low water pressure in the shower, and no information on required parking pass. Nice man the was working the office didn’t tow our car due to not knowing about having to purchase one. Other than that our stay was great, a few minor improvements and the unit could be great.

I’m sorry the unit fell short in several areas — stained towels, coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, missing Wi‑Fi information, thin sheets, low shower pressure, and unclear parking pass instructions. I’ve passed your feedback to housekeeping, maintenance, and our front desk so they can address these items. I’m also glad the staff member was able to help with the parking situation. I wanted to check in early, as I did not see any people inside the condo when I arrived. I was being told it was being cleaned. I called twice asking when it will be ready since we were there. I just needed an estimate. After all, there wasn’t anyone even inside. I never received a call back. AFTER checking in, someone walked through the front door to give us our parking pass. The floors were disgusting. I couldn’t clean them due to there not being any swiffer pads or mop solution. The carpet on the stairs has not been cleaned in quite some time. You can tell. The dishes were not clean. I had to wash everything before using it. The price was the same as other (much nicer) condos in the same area, same distance to the beach ( some closer and cheaper). Do your homework before deciding on this condo.
