You will love our 3 bedroom - 2 Full Bath, single story (no steps) home with attached one-car garage.

This perfectly designed one-level home is only a 10-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach or,
It is a 15-minute drive to Historic Downtown Wilmington were you can spend the day shopping and enjoying food and fun activities along the Cape Fear River, or
Arrive home and enjoy a spacious home with plenty of room for all to get away and have lounge time, or
Come together in the kitchen and create a fabulous meal and enjoy cocktails to enjoy on the backyard deck, or
Gather after dinner by hanging out at the dining room table and play any of your favorite family board games.

And do NOT forget - NEVER a Pet Fee or Pet Deposit! We would never travel without our pups and you should not either!

- If you bring your dog please make sure to pick up after your dog using and dispose of properly. City ordinance require pet waste to be in plastic bag.
- Dogs must be leashed when not in fenced yard.
- Be mindful that this is a residential neighborhood and do not leave your dog unattended if they are an excessive barker. Neighbors will complain.

Great Location.

Nice place and great location near the beach, University and Downtown. Clean house with plenty of space for the family and dog. Fenced in backyard was a huge plus. Shopping was near by and plenty of restaurants.

Awesome communication with hosts. Great location, near great shopping and super convenient to Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. All of the comforts and conveniences of home.

This was a great place for our family to stay (grandparents, family with 3 kids, dog). It was clean. We loved the fenced in backyard. We loved the location to the beaches, as well as downtown Wilmington. Check-in was easy. Communication was great!

Nice place great location dog friendly

The place was very nicely maintained and property managers were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the backyard since I could let dogs out at anytime since it was all fenced.

Everything was perfect. My family really enjoyed their stay. The house was beautiful inside and out. It felt like home. It was in a convenient location near family and the beach. Thank you for letting me family stay in your home. When they visit again, we are looking forward to renting your home if it is available.

This property was wonderful. Clean, spacious and updated. I stayed 2 months. Well equipped kitchen. So nice they have a gas grill. We used it often. The hosts always communicated quickly. Very convenient location. Near so many good restaurants and the beach. Great fenced in yard and comfortable patio. Was missing a screen door ( I should have spoke up sooner) but the hosts immediately ordered one. That would have been nice to have on cooler days. I would say the only downside is being off a busy road and could be difficult to make a left turn. But even though the road was busy the house was very quiet. Definitely recommend this property.

Great spot!

Communication was great. House was delightful and worked perfectly for our summer stay. The listing shows a BBQ grill but there isnt one. However, there was an air fryer in the kitchen. Overall would stay again.

Loved this house!

My family and I loved the house! We were down to visit our daughter at UNCW which was just 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. Very convenient and located within 15-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean and everyone loved the hammock. Although a very nice and quiet street, the house is two houses in from a pretty busy street so the noise from the traffic was pretty loud when outside. Really minor annoyance as overall rating is a five star. We would without a doubt stay at this place again when visiting the Wilmington area.

We had such an amazing stay at Coast Away Cottage! From the moment we arrived, everything was neat, well-kept, and perfectly organized. The home was spotless, everything was in its place, and it was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the highlights for us was how dog-friendly the property is. We brought both of our dogs, Brindle and Pearl, and they had the best time. The space was perfect for them to relax and feel comfortable, and it made our trip even more enjoyable knowing they were just as happy as we were.The location couldn’t be better—only about 10 minutes from the beach! It was the perfect balance of a peaceful, cozy home base and quick access to all the fun. My wife and I had an incredible time, and the dogs loved every bit of the adventure too.We truly appreciate how much thought and care went into this property. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities to the pet-friendly setup was absolutely spot on. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend Coast Away Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-stocked, and pet-friendly getaway near the beach!
