Great location right in the middle of all you could want! 10 minutes from Downtown and Wrightsville Beach, 5 minutes from Mayfaire. This 1200 square foot home is our sanctuary and I hope it will be yours too. Quiet neighborhood with a great dog park nearby, well lit and very safe. This cozy home boasts a gorgeous patio and fenced in yard, please note firepit is not available for renter use.

The living room hosts a huge comfy sectional with 2 reclining seats and a 50 inch plasma tv along with a desk and chair. Please note fireplace is not available for renter use.

Kitchen is fully equipped with french door bottom freezer refrigerator, glass top double oven, dishwasher and granite sink with garbage disposal. Front loading washing machine and dryer available for your use. As a traveling sales professional I understand the need for technology and ease of use, there is a WIFI connection available and a wireless printer/scanner for your use.

Master bedroom has a King Sized bed, high quality mattress with top of the line linens and it's own private full tiled bathroom with granite countertop. There is also a ceiling mounted flat screen tv and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen sized platform bed, great platform bed and mattress with top of the line linens.

Guest bedroom #2 has 2 Twin sized memory foam beds with top of the line linens.

Guest bedrooms share an unattached full tiled bathroom with granite counter.

Absolutely love this home!!

We loved staying at this home, perfect location to everything, the home was so clean and had so many things available to make our week so convenient and enjoyable. Parents weekend

This was perfect location for parents weekend at UNCW. Close to everything. Clean and perfect to be able to bring family dog also! Would come again!

The perfect stay

Truly a home away from home. Very clean, great location, and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

SO COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN!

We were in Wilmington for a wedding and were also able to connect with family who had rented a beachfront house for their large crew in Topsail. Great location close to everything. Our dogs were very happy to have a fenced backyard so they didn't have to be on a leash every time they went outside!! We were pretty happy about that, too! Super clean and comfortable!

Wedding Stay

Booked this beautiful home for My Wife Mother and Myself for My Son’s Wedding .. This Location was perfect for a s as the wedding as at Wrightsville Manner . As well for shopping dining the Beach.. a quiet street and beautiful amenities. Rooms spacious..Thank You for everything Highly recommend..

Quiet great location!

My husband and I and our standard poodles enjoy our stay. The fenced back yard was a real plus. The property was clean and well equipped. Would recommend it highly.

Wonderful rental!

We absolutely loved the property. Cleanliness is always top priority to us and the house was impeccable! Location was absolutely perfect for the things we wanted to do. We have stayed in several Vrbo properties, and this was, by far, the best stocked home we have ever rented. We got to meet the property manager and she was wonderful! We can't wait to stay again!

Wonderful Stay

This vacation home had everything we needed and more. The home was very clean with good quality mattresses, pillows and bedding. The location couldn't be more perfect for beach trips and shopping. The neighborhood felt safe and well taken care of.

Would stay again

Good location and pet friendly with a fenced backyard. The house was clean and well stocked. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t have any problems.

Beach re- nourishing

No issues the owner was quick to respond when I had a question. Would recommend this home to everyone. Close by shopping malls and restaurants and only 10 minutes to beach.

Convenient to everything

Visiting area for family RELO; and had a nice stay. The home was clean, offered washer dryer, a very comfy sectional where we all could sit and watch TV, and back yard for dog traveling with us. We were out of the house most of the time but location was great as it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit including downtown, Leland, Wrightsville Beach and Mayfaire. There was a slight issue with plumbing during our stay and owner was incredibly responsive during that and all other times actually; her property manager was also fantastic.

Marley’s Birthday

We came down from Maryland to celebrate my granddaughter’s 7th birthday. The house was just perfect and checked all my boxes. Very clean, all the necessary amenities, quiet area, easy access to Rt 40 and all areas around Wilmington. We hope to stay there again.
