Wilmington Family Vacation Home

This house and yard are spacious and fun. There is over 1500 sq ft inside and a large fenced in back yard with a new large deck, and a new double concrete driveway for plenty of parking space. The kitchen and dining room is newly remodeled. Everyone has room to relax and play inside and out, including children and dogs. It is in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Close to beaches, restaurants, and downtown activities. Relax back at home with a fun selection of family games. Don't forget about the Fireplace in the game room and a smokeless firepit off the back patios. More amenities are being added every season. You won't beat our prices for a comparable place. Plus, we will accommodate longer term stays or last minute bookings with adjusted fair prices to fit your budget. Let us know what you desire. Thank you, Todd and Liz Mallegni

Have fun, and use most anything. Use hose to rinse beach toys... Use Leaf Blower for garage/porch/sidewalks keeping sand out of garage/house/deck.
Do not lock the front door knob when you leave during your stay. Only lock the deadbolt and the other doors when you leave.
Please turn off the air conditioner if you are not home during the day or evening to save energy/money. It cools up very fast when you turn it on.

This house was amazing! So spacious, so clean, so much fun! Our younger kids had a blast playing with all the toys in the bunkbed room, as well as the beach toys. Loved the kitchen, so open and great for everyone to gather. The backyard was so cool, lots of seating and fun for the kids to play. Wish we could have stayed longer, it was a great house and would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a family wedding and loved our stay in this house! It was equipped with everything we needed, even beach wagons and toys for the kids! Todd was an excellent host, and responded to our questions immediately. We will be back!

One of the easiest properties we have experienced. The house was spotless, the host was very accessible and super welcoming, and there were absolutely zero surprises. We were all very, very pleased with our stay. Will definitely return!!

We had 7 guests and 2 dogs during our 5 night stay. We arrived to a spotless and inviting home which was fully stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in to sprawl out. Our dogs loved the yard too! The arrival details were clearly communicated and Todd checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure things were going smoothly. Would 10/10 recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay! The backyard is great - it has games and multiple hang out spots. We had two families with kids staying there and it was nice to have access to toys inside and the yard space outside. Access was easy and beds were comfortable.

This property is amazing. It is centrally located and perfect. It's close to everything. But not too close that you are in a lot traffic. The house was very clean & having access to a washer & dryer was amazing! It was awesome have extras of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. Tood & Liz also have everything you need for a day at the beach! That was a huge blessing! I highly recommend staying at this property. When we are back in the area we will be a repeat guest!

We spent 5 weeks visiting our daughter and family in Wilmington this winter. This property was presented exactly as we found it. A very comfortable home in a quiet safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and easy access to restaurants and shops. the house is well stocked with everything one could possibly need for a longer stay. Our host was easily available to answer any questions we had. Our grandchildren enjoyed the play structure and the fenced in back yard which provided safeplay for our dog as well as the grandkids.We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing visit to Wilmington!

Great Getaway in Wilmington

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed. Great location with a short drive to the beach. The backyard was a wonderful spot to unwind with family at the end of each day.

Much better than being split up in hotel rooms

Perfect for our family to stay together for my fathers funeral in Wilmington Easy access to all of the locations we needed to get too.

Great house that is centrally located in a really quiet neighborhood. Host was amazing and easily reached with questions. The house has plenty of room and every amenity one might need was thought of here. The yard is great too built to entertain friends, kids and pets. Amble bedding, seating and overall a great home away from home. Cannot wait to stay here again.

The property was outstanding. It’s an easy drive to the beach and the outdoor area is great for families. The games and toys for the kids were a great surprise. We had a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wilmington stay

The property was beautiful! It was the perfect location between Wrightsville, and Carolina beaches. Also, equidistant to downtown Wilmington. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Perfect for a family get away. The hosts are generous and provide a lot of beach necessities, and games for down time at the home. The location is also very close to grocery stores and other needed locations during a family trip. Would 10/10 stay again!

Fantasitc stay! Clean and all the amenities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the pups! Super clean, close to all the attractions, great yard for the dogs to explore, huge porch, and nice park (Wade) to walk dogs to. Todd was easy to communicate with.. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my mom's birthday!

Best stay ever

So impressed with the property. Everything you can think of was provided for. Indoor/outside games, throw blankets for relaxing on great deck or watching TV, even had toys for the kids and dogs.

Our home on Kelly Road has been a work in progress over the last four years. The yard and deck area is\\are big and pet friendly. The home is spacious, comfortable and fully stocked with all kitchen needs. Enjoy family time around the kitchen island with a great meal or game night. Spend a fun day at one of the beaches with complimentary use of sun umbrella, canopy, beach chairs, and sand toys.
