This home is within walking distance of the beach and downtown where you'll find lots of shops and restaurants to explore during your stay. Check out the Seaside Inverted Experience and High Life Adventures Zip Line Tours for family-fueled fun. For views upon views head to the Silver Point Interpretive Overlook or Seaside Beach. For great shopping, the Seaside Outlet Mall has got you covered.



Back at your stay, walk inside and be greeted by an amazing list of amenities and ample living space for the whole family to sprawl out in. Very nice house with lots of living space and bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and lots of bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach and to downtown Seaside. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was easy.

We had a great stay. The house is an easy walk to the beach. With four bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space it is great for large groups.

Great Stay

The place was very nice and process to check-in and out was straightforward. Location was perfect. Only thing was missing were hair dyers.

Great house, within walking distance of all the shops and the beach. Only quibbles are small: not a fan of having to send my driver's license information to a private party after I've paid both installments and all of the toilets had leak valves - they all worked, but the noises of the tanks constantly gurgling and filling kept all of us up the first night (after that, we just turned the water off to each toilet before going to bed). The property is immaculate, the price is a bargain, the location is perfect, and the management team is super responsive.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely home. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed. The house was clean and well organized. The house is within walking distance of the beach and downtown. We would stay here again.

Great home, welcoming of kids. Love all the bathrooms! Bring a babygate if you come with a baby or toddler. The stairs are super slippery. We didn't wear shoes in the home. Nice it had a tub for the kids. I'd stay here again! Excellent parking.

Great family place

My family and I had a great time at this place. There are so many rooms and bedrooms for everyone. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, everything was in walking distance. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. I would definitely book this place again.

Thanksgiving getaway

This home was terrific. Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to town or to the beach. I would highly recommend this accommodation and gladly return.

January Birthdays Beach Trip

We loved the house, it was big enough for our group, we had everything we needed. It was clean, it is close to the beach and Seaside Mall, shops, and food. We had a wonderful time, definitely going to plan another trip there!

Perfect for a conference

My group stayed in this home for a conference at the Seaside Conference Center. It is within walking distance, super comfortable, very home like, and clean. We felt at home and loved every minute.

Great house in Seaside

We really liked this house. Roomy and comfortable in a nice location. Only a few blocks to the prom. House is obviously well cared for and is a very nice design for several people to share. Would rent it again.
