The location was nice and the home was clean. However, it was advertised as having air conditioning and it did not. Some family left early because it was too warm to sleep. After bringing this to the attention of the host, we were refunded less than 3% of the large rental fee. We would never have booked this location in the summer if we had known it did not have air conditioning.

Thank you, Brian, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home clean. However, we truly regret that the absence of air conditioning impacted your stay, especially during the summer months. We understand how important a comfortable sleeping environment is, and we’re sorry that we fell short in this regard. We take your feedback seriously, and we’re committed to ensuring our listings accurately reflect the amenities available. It’s ultimately on us to provide a seamless experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future, as we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a stay that meets your expectations fully. Thank you again for your insights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was so easy from check in to getting settled to check out. We especially loved the fireplace and firewood to go with it. Very cozy.
The only thing missing in the kitchen was a rolling pin for home made pie. But I found an easy fix for that:)
Cozy fireplace with ample wood to burn.
A variety of games to play.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It was a great location to explore the local area (Lava Caves, Bend and Willamette forest), plus the added bonus of coming back to a very clean, wonderfully decorated cabin with high quality details inside and out.
