The Space:
Carmel Holiday is a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bath home that has it all‚ ocean view, WiFi, a fenced yard, and is located only one short block to the beach. Sit on the large wrap-around deck and listen to the sound of the waves or stay warm by the fire either in the upstairs living room or downstairs in the family room.
When you walk up the stairs you will find the door to the wrap-around deck, the kitchen that has everything you need to enjoy cooking for your family and friends, a dining room that seats eight, the living room with its wrap around couch and wall of windows facing the ocean, and the main suite with a comfortable bed and private bathroom.
The entry level has the family room, which is perfect for family game nights with a round table and poker chips, a futon for additional sleeping, and a TV. The other two bedrooms of this home are down here as well. This is a lovely home with much to offer the person looking for a getaway or for a family vacation. Everything has been considered to make your stay fun and enjoyable. Once you stay here you will want to visit every year.

This is a budget friendly house, which is nice. The basement is a little dingy. The bedroom downstairs with a double bed is pretty uncomfortable/musty and the futon as well. Not super comfy. The upstairs was a lot more comfortable. Was very hot when we arrived. The minisplit didn’t seem to cool things down too well. Overall an okay experience. Glad to be by the beach and in the sweet town of Manzanita.

Good house, close to the beach.

Comfortable house, great yard for dogs (we had two). Wonderful town & the best beach in the area! We’ll be back in the next couple of years.

Great location
Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town area. The home was older than we were expecting from the photos online, but the home was very clean and had plenty of room for our family get together.

Charming and close to everything
This place is immaculate and very charming. We loved the location, steps from the beach, and a short walk to the main street. The fireplace was cozy, all the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and the large dining table was great for meals and crafts. Recommend!

Great house, great location!
Really great well equipped house very close to the beach and the town. All walking distance. Wonderful fenced yard too!

Will always come back
Love the location and comfort of this house as well as the fenced yard for my dog. Will always come back, as it feels like home away from home.

Excellent Beachouse
This beach house was perfect for our girl’s trip. It’s well appointed, close to the beach and the shops on Laneda, and the yard is perfect and very pet friendly. We also really enjoyed the warm outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

great family beach vacation
We had a wonderful family get-together at Manzanita, the house was comfortable and a good space and location for us.

A great stay!
We had a great time staying in this home with our grandchildren. It is very close to the beach and the main street in Manzanita. I would definitely recommend it, and hope to stay here again next summer!

Great spot with our doggo
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The fenced in yard was perfect for our puppy- we could hang out on the deck while she ran around the yard. The furniture and decor is definitely a little bit dated, but overall it felt very clean and it was perfect for a simple getaway on the coast.
