Great property with a 3 min beach walk! Public access to the beach right up the road. Clean and spacious house with comfortable beds and a nice view.

Perfect arrangement and location for our group (4 adults, 5 kids age 7-11), loved the property, views, large dining and living areas. Fantastic location close to the beach and walkable to the promenade/broadway.

We loved our stay, traveled from California to visit our daughter and grandchildren this house was the perfect size and location!! Would love to stay there again maybe for a summer time trip!!!

Not fancy but perfect for our family reunion. Easy walk to the beach. Space for everyone. Nice big table. Plenty of towel hooks (a rarity in vacation homes). Well stocked kitchen. We were ages 5-72 and it was great.

Home is old and uniquely layed out, but in a way that makes it charming. Lots of comfortable welcoming spaces… plenty of room for a family or two, with 2 sets of beds in each room other than the master (1 king, 2 queens, 2 queens, 2 twins). They left small soap and shampoo and other necessity items, very cool deck. But to b3 honest, the main reason I chose the house was the chair swing in the living room, and that was my favorite spot.

This is an old farmhouse style home which was very comfortable for our 6 adult and 4 children group. This is a large house which was very clean and comfortably appointed. The homesite is wonderful right on the Necanicum Riverwith a large lot and privacy. Being an old house, there are squeaks in the floor and screen door. Also you climb a flight of stairs from the parking area to the house. These were minor problems for us and we would enjoy staying here again.
