The Space:

Enjoy this year-round Island Club destination with many amenities, including nine tennis courts, a shared lap pool, hot tub, children’s pool, basketball court, and an extensive fitness center. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanview villa will sleep up to six guests.



The property is surrounded by luscious, tropical vegetation for a secluded feeling while still near everything. Use the scenic route with manicured walkways to get you to the beach and community activities within minutes. Take advantage of one of the fishing lagoons on the property, or get some exercise in at the lap pool after a filling meal cooked on one of the on-site grills.



Within the villa, you'll discover a well-equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and modern appliances. The living room has ample seating, a pull-out sleeper, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony area with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The villa's main bedroom features a queen bed, 40-inch flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with granite counters and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a 27-inch flatscreen TV. Enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer for freshening up your clothes.

Relaxing and Fun

Great location and atmosphere for our family vacation. Close to restaurants, stores, activities, and the beach, of course! Condo had everything we needed. Appreciated the pull-out couch & extra pillows!

Beautiful ocean view

I highly recommend staying here. The view of the ocean is closer than it appears in the pictures online. Great accommodations and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had a great time at the Island Club. Unit 3303 is clean and comfortable. Our kids loved it and we will visit again. The pool is great, beautiful view from this unit, and the kitchen is well equipped for a family.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and have everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We had just a short walk to the beach less than 5 minutes. We also enjoyed the pool and playing ladder ball, the landscaping and flowers were beautiful at Island Club.

Wonderful location!

My kids and I loved how spacious and clean the condo was. Perfect amount of room for 4 girls. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and was well stocked with dishes also. Super close to the beach and had beautiful views.

Amazing

The place was awesome! Would rate higher than 5*'s if it was available!!! Very family oriented!! The ocean view was amazing and pic.s don't do justice to show just how close you are to the ocean !

Clean, very nice view (beach is closer than the pictures make it appear), just steps to the elevator, manager was easy and quick to communicate with, nice condo property, easy beach access and sun decks were a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach location

We vacationed here with our two kids. This condo was clean, nicely decorated and was convenient to the playground, grills and easy access to beach and pool. The views from the balcony were fantastic. Also the hall closet was stocked with beach chairs, pool noodles and had body boards. Kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans (more than the basics). I highly recommend.

Nice location on beach. Overall property needs some attention. New bedspreads and blankets are a must for bedrooms. Just needs to be a bit fresh all around. Showing some wear.

4 days of fun

The size of the condo was bigger than I thought. Plenty of in-home amenities, comfortable (except for hornets and bees on balcony, wish we had a spray bottle of hairspray). Playground a huge asset, plenty of outdoor barbeques, and a great mat to get to the beach. Pool was great and loved the extra shaded seating area. View much closer than picture.

Amazing and Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The grounds are kept sparkling clean. The beach is quiet and calm. The unit was very comfortable, however, can use some upgrades. It is important to know that the unit does not have beach towels- we had to run out to Walmart and pick some up. Overall it was a really lovely rental and would highly recommend it .

Awesome and Relaxing Getaway

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The property and amenities are sparkling clean. The beach is magnificent and very quiet and relaxing. The unit can use some updates, however, it was very comfortable. The unit does not have beach towels- we had to run out to Walmart to pick some up. The location is great it’s right in the middle of island and easy to get to food, shopping and entertainment. I highly recommend this rental. You’ll love your time here.
