All you need to bring is your luggage and food, the host provided all you need for a family vacation. They had games for inside and provided beach supplies for the beach which included beach towels. The host checked on us, they were very accommodating. Overall a great experience, would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our mom’s getaway! Beautiful and spacious home, just a short distance to our favorite beach, Porpoise Point. We also loved sitting out on the upper deck, enjoying the back patio, and of course the hot tub. The hosts were great - very responsive and easy to work with. They also surprised us with balloons, wine, and a cake for our friend’s 40th birthday! We definitely hope to be back!

Very nice. A few minor repairs needed. Many amenities. Im thinking the elevator and fire place were off limits for safety/insurance reasons and I get that, but use of the elevator would have helped greatly.

From the layout, furniture, decor, amenities... you name it... this place had it all. It really is a spectacular home and we cannot wait to return.The home itself is gorgeous with inviting layout and furniture. More balconies than I can count and perfect for a large group of people - with an exquisite top floor master suite. Less than a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beach one direction, and to grocery and restaurants, coffee shop the other direction. Home comes equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys and boogie boards and an abundance of beautiful beach towels. The backyard is an oasis with hot tub and firepit and open into the porch and game room.Everything about this stay was perfect and I hated to leave it. We really thought that we had needed a place directly on the sand, but truly this place was even better and surpassed all expectations.
