We had a wonderful trip at our location on Vilano Beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better location and everything we could have needed was thought of! The large connect four game was an added plus after nightly beach walks! A perfect stay!

This was our third time staying at this location and it is an absolute favorite of ours. You can’t beat the location, we love being just steps away from the beach and its pet friendly so we get to bring our fur baby! We love walking the neighborhood and admiring all the beautiful homes in the area. Love the grill and Publix being right around the corner. We will definitely be coming back for a fourth stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first time and we enjoyed it! The property was clean and nice. It is SUPER close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown st Augustine! We also loved that there were plenty of towels and space for our things. I would recommend and I will be back!

In all honesty the place was perfect. We’re definitely coming back again. The place was extremely clean and nicely updated. The host was very responsive with getting back with me about any question I had which you can’t say about most places.

Loved the proximity to the beach. The apartment was clean and cute. Smelled strongly of pest solution but it dissipated quickly. Kitchen was well stocked. Dishwasher unit was not fully installed so thst when you opened the drawers it tips outward. We installed new batteries in the TV remote. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Though remodeled, when we opened the door we were slammed with a very strong chemical odor, apparently from something, like a special lacquer or finish used in the remodel. When we called the property management host, she agreed.

Our stay in Vilano Beach was exceptional, and we owe it all to our host, Heidi, with Stay with the Good Life Rentals.Early on, we ran into an unexpected issue and needed to reach out. Heidi responded almost immediately. Not only was she completely understanding, but she came up with a creative solution that didn't just fix the problem, it made our overall stay far better than we could have ever anticipated.People often focus their reviews entirely on the property itself, but an attentive, accommodating host makes all the difference between an uncomfortable trip and a memorable one.I cannot recommend Heidi highly enough. She will without a doubt be our go-to host every single time!

Everything was as shown in the photos and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also perfect four our puppy with an area for her to roam around and also fenced in. The property manager was beyond responsive and was available with any questions we had. The apartment was perfect for two people and we are extremely happy with how close it was to the beach. We highly recommend to anyone looking to book a place by the beach.

Excellent Little Spot

A great place to stay! An easy walk to the beach, the grocery store, and a coffee shop, and historic St. Augustine is only a short drive away. We didn’t want to leave!

Our second time staying here and we just love it so much!! It’s super clean, full kitchen with all the pots and pans, a grill, it’s just steps away from the beach access, Publix is right around the corner and most importantly it’s dog friendly!! Heidi responds quickly to any questions or concerns. This is probably one of our favorite places to stay. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Florida spring trip

Highly recommended based on stay. Perfect for 2 adults and our dog, the interior was very nice and outdoor seating was fun. Location is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to our favorite restaurant, Caps on the Water.

Really nice getaway!

Place is nicely renovated and one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at in the area. The bed is a little uncomfortable, but we got an egg crate and that made it much more comfortable. Love the patio area and there is a hose outside to rinse off etc. We would definitely stay again!

10 year anniversary trip

the apartment was newly remodeled, clean and had a nice sitting area in front as well as a small yard for our fur baby; not to mention the perfect location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
