Winter Travel: Winter storms in Montana can arrive quickly and conditions may change fast. Guests visiting during winter months may want to consider renting a four-wheel drive vehicle, depending on their comfort level driving in snowy conditions. A snow removal service plows the driveway, and snow shovels are provided for your convenience. Please note that during major storms, plowing may take additional time, so planning ahead is recommended.

Amenities: The cabin is stocked with firewood, and the private hot tub is open and serviced year-round for your enjoyment.

Connectivity: GPS, cell service, and internet can occasionally be limited in the area near West Glacier. However, the cabin is equipped with Starlink high-speed internet to help keep you connected during your stay.

- No Smoking— Strictly prohibited indoors in any form (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, hookahs, etc.). Indoor smoking evidence will result in cleaning and remediation fees
- Furniture — Please do not move indoor furniture.
- No Parties or Events— Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. All additional guests must be approved by the host before arrival.
- No Pets— Not allowed unless you have prior written host approval
- Fire Safety & Burn Bans— Comply with all active burn bans. When in effect, all outdoor fires are strictly prohibited (campfires, fire pits, grills, etc.). Violations may result in fines and immediate removal.
- Hot Tub & Sauna— Read all posted safety instructions before use. Children must be supervised at all times. Use at your own risk.
- Photography & Commercial Use— Personal use welcome. Commercial use requires prior written host approval and may incur additional fees.
