Overlook the resort private beach from the balcony of this unique 3-bedroom (plus and loft with roomy private fourth sleeping area), 3-bath oceanfront top-floor penthouse condo! The main level offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible by spiral staircase, this renovated coastal getaway offers a full bath and enclosed area serving as its fourth sleeping area. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 4 DVDs, and free WiFi Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Please respect the no dog policy. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great Unit

This condo was very well stocked with any & all supplies you could need during your stay. It was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great & the balcony furniture was comfortable too!

Harboring House Stay

We had a great vacation. The property was as advertised. It could have been cleaner but it was ok. We will definitely consider renting this property again.

Best stay in 11 years of renting

We loved this unit. Well equipped, clean, great furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. That is rare. Fit 7 of us very comfortably.

Lovely Condo But

We had a great time at the beach! The condo needs to be updated. The fans in both downstairs bathroom need to be replaced-too noisy. The vertical blinds are missing slats an don’t move easily. The beds were nice and the kitchen have lots of plates and glassware. There we low on silverware.

Great Condo - Exactly as Described

Clean, comfortable, no reportable or concernable issues, and more than enough space for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. Never had to wait more than a minute for the elevators up or down, and they rarely stopped on other floors, so direct shot up and down. The reserved parking spot is outside as opposed to covered under the building, which actually worked out better. Far easier to get in and out of. To be fair, the rating could be 5 stars as it is exactly as advertised, but it would have been perfect if it had an umbrella and a chair or two included and available, more so to help in saving a beach spot in the morning or if you wanted to sit out on the beach outside of the equipment rental hours, but you can bring your own if that is a big enough concern for you. All in all, great spot, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this condo again.

4/10 Mala

Great view but Cramped, Worn and Dirty!

The unit was much smaller than the pictures led us to believe and was very worn out, not to mention felt dirty. No space for groceries in the kitchen for example. The other surprise was that it was on the 9th floor and to get to it, you had to walk across a 50 yd cat-walk - anyone with a fear of heights should NOT rent this unit. Sea Colony feels tired.
