Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this updated fifth floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat's one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom in the hallway and master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (36' Plasma in living room), 2 Blu-rays, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features ceramic tile in living and dining room w/area rug.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Quiet location, walk out directly to the beach, with wonderful unrestricted views for sun, as well as moon, rises. One can sleep listening just the waves of the ocean. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Perfect!!! Can’t imagine a better vacation destination. Our ocean front home was very nice for 2 people. Terrific ocean view. The Sea Colony community provides everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back there next year.

Clean & economical

We were looking for an economy place to stay during our recent trip to Bethany. That was clean & safe. This place fit the bill. Plus, had the added benefit of ocean views, sounds & beautiful sunrise. It has all the basics & is clean. It could use updating of furniture & decorations.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 509 Dover. The place was much larger than shown in the photos. The condo was very clean, had strong wifi connection, and amazing view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the unit was great - convenient to the elevator and parking space. The kitchen was well equipped. Great view. Liked the furnishings. Our only complaint - TV could be larger.
