The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, a day of rest and relaxation is right around the corner. Start your morning with a delicious breakfast made in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down in the dining area to enjoy your meal with family and friends. Explore the community's amenities including fitness and tennis centers or unwind with a dip in one of the community's indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Unwind in the evening with a movie night in the living area. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. RESORT AMENITIES -Private, guarded beach -Indoor and outdoor pools -Tennis center -Fitness center

THINGS TO KNOW

The twin bed listed is a Murphy bed. It can fold out and be rolled into the living room or bedroom for use.

Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great location and property

We went during the off-season but the weather was still beautiful and the property is located within walking distance of downtown Bethany and a short drive to the many great restaurants on Fenwick Island. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. One could see the ocean, beach and town. The Sea Colony beach and pools were great.

Everywhere you look you see absolute beauty. Sea Colony is a great place to stay with many amenities. I would recommend it to families, and couples young or older.

Front row seat to the fireworks!

Fantastic view. Very clean and well cared for condo with a fabulous view of the beach and overlooking the town of Bethany Beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Can’t beat the location, kitchen had all the right dishes and cooking items. Was very comfy for 2 people. Fixtures and hare are on the apartment are all outdated, but was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely ocean-front condo. It was spotlessly clean with a nice comfortable bed. Living and dining room furniture was comfortable, although the furniture arrangement in the living room was odd with the TV out of view of the couches. The condo had everything we needed. Decor and finishes were a bit dated, but in great condition. We appreciated that plenty of bath towels were provided and also appreciated the powerful air conditioning. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided which means guests staying a week will most likely need to make a trip to the supermarket. We really liked Sea Colony overall. It is a nice (and huge) complex with lots of amenities, like 12 swimming pools and lots of tennis and pickleball courts. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to avoid noisy kids. Sea Colony attracts mostly families with young children so if you are not traveling with kids and are looking for a peaceful place to relax, it's probably not at Sea Colony. There are no adults-only pools. We thought maybe future visit in September, post-Labor Day might be the answer, but apparently they close most of the pools after Labor Day.All in all a positive experience and we enjoyed our stay!

Clean, well-appointed condo

Our family had a great time at Sea Colony, and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. The owner left everything one could need, including board games and books, along with basic items. It was clean and had an incredible view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay there again.

Mother/daughter trip

My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times.

Very relaxing time

My husband and came here to unwind and relax. We had a nice time. Everything was very clean and the view from the living room “Amazing”... this unit is not been renovated but no matter we really enjoyed our stay and like this unit. Again the view was wonderful and the sound of the ocean relaxing. Walking distance to boardwalk is also a plus.

Wonderful Birthday celebation

We enjoyed our short stay at the Sea colony resort. From the moment we booked we had a open line of communications. As mentioned in my title we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and wanted to be at a Vrbo that was right on the water in BETHANY BEACH. Everything about our accommodations were what was advertised. We would recommend if you are looking for a getaway that right on the ocean then this location is for you.

Be prepared....

The only this 702 Annapolis has going for it is a beautiful view of the ocean for morning coffee, sunrises and star gazing at night. Just keep in mind this is a rental and might not meet your expectations.

Always love staying here; condo is cute; beds are comfy; unit is a bit outdated in some ways; dishwasher leaks when you run it; refrigerator/freezer has pieces that are falling off; toilet in half-bath doesn’t flush properly; closet in master bedroom is messy - making it difficult to put things away; curtains on sliding doors are falling off

Our local manager assured us that the dishwasher has been repaired and the toilet is in good working order. They asked housekeeping to tidy the closet and scheduled maintenance to check the refrigerator and curtains. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Beautiful Bethany But.....

It's a great Sea Colony rental. That's if your unit is cleaned. Ours had a used rubber glove in the bedroom. Urine and paper in a toilet. As well as snotty blood on the bathroom door. Other than that, this is a fine unit, that our family has stayed at for years. Unfortunately Vacasa was notified of the unwelcoming check in. Verbally no communication

Good stay, but.....

The property was very good -- the view was spectacular. However, there were 4 things wrong that I reported to the Mgmt team promptly: 1. Outside light was out (fixed on next to last dayZ); 2. Toilet in half bath did not flush properly (never did fix it); 3. TV in bedroom didn't work (attempted to fix it, but did not) & 4. Bathtub did not drain (we bought Drano). Again, no one responded to our calls until I sent a very aggressive voice message to them. Poor Service. Too bad because we enjoyed the condo very much
