The Space:

Boasting a private primary suite, two living areas, stylish furnishings, and a spacious deck, this superb home is a tranquil Cape Cod haven! Stroll just a couple of minutes to spend fun-filled days kayaking, swimming, or fishing in bucolic Fells Pond (also known as Jim Pond). Venture two miles to Popponesset Beach or South Cape Beach State Park for days spent playing in the sand and gentle surf. Easily access a plethora of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Popponesset Marketplace, an open-air shopping village known for popular entertainment, great restaurants, boutique shops, and mini-golf. Kids will love visiting the Cape Cod Children's Museum (two and a half miles). Find outdoor adventure amidst 341 acres of natural beauty at Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge (seven miles). Kick back on the sofa and armchairs in the open living room while enjoying the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream shows in the bonus living area, complete with a sectional, sofa, armchair, and 40-inch TV with Roku. When mealtime comes, prepare family favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the formal dining table that seats six. Find ultimate privacy in the downstairs primary suite, featuring cathedral ceilings, a 37-inch TV (with an HDMI port but no cable), a rocking chair, a large walk-in closet, and direct deck access. The en suite bath is configured with a tub/shower combination. The back deck is furnished with two Adirondack chairs where you can sip morning coffee in the fresh sea air. Read a book or soak up the sun on two loungers. In the evening, make use of the gas grill and dine at the outdoor table for four. After beach days, rinse off in your outdoor shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great house, great location

We had a fantastic stay at 24 Finway. House is well located, near Fells Pond and all New Seabury facilitates. Hope we can stay there again next summer.

Wonderful stay

The home was spacious and clean. We have been renting in New Seabury for over forty years and 25 Finway did not disappoint

Great stay on the Cape

Love this home in the Cape. Just the right size for our family and is well equipped for our needs. Love having the garage for bike storage and a huge deck. Thanks for another great summer!!

Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great New Seabury getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It came exactly as listed and pictured. There was plenty of space to entertain and enjoy time with family/ friends. 2 min drive to poppy marketplace and 5-10 min drive to south cape beach. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen came with no spices/condiments/ olive oil so bring your own if you plan on cooking :)

Wonderful home in peaceful setting

This house was exactly what they say. It is a beautiful, comfortable home and very clean. Went with my daughter and her dog. We just needed a few nights to get away. Did not venture out much but next time we would. Great location in a great development. Nice streets for a quiet walk. Arriving and getting in was a breeze. Didn’t get the check out instructions until it was too late as we had to leave really early. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Great for a family with plenty of room.

Very nice property

Everything was great except tv. Had to order Hulu to get live tv for sports. TV was complicated if you’re not used to streaming. Recommend having at least basic tv available.
