Everything in the room was clean, nice and well kept. The only issue i had was that when we were leaving the room and checking out, I had left a towel on the balcony, but when we went back to get it, the keys to the room stopped working 20 minutes before the checkout time or pressing the checkout button on the app. I also couldnt find anyone there to help me with that. Other than that the room was nice and is in a nice location.

However, we're truly sorry to learn about the trouble you experienced with the room keys and the difficulty finding assistance before your checkout. That’s certainly not the seamless experience we aim to provide our guests. Please know that your comments have been shared with our local team so we can address this issue and improve our support during checkout times. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

This unit is rented thru a third party, check in was intrusive. The condos HOA also required more information. The only review on VRBO said the door key was inoperable before checkout.Checkout was 10:00,our key stopped working at 9:30. We had a 9 month old with us,you can imagine a scenario where this could have been a disaster. Vuestay blamed the HOA,the HOA said it did not happen. I wanted assurance from Vustay that this would not happen to the next renter,I did not get it. I would not recommend this condo for these reasons.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced during check-in and at the end of your stay, especially while traveling with a young child. We also want to clarify that Vrbo is a booking platform used by professional hosts and property managers to list vacation rentals for guests, and it is not uncommon for properties to have additional building or HOA requirements. In this case, any HOA-required information and steps are thoroughly disclosed to guests prior to confirming their reservation so they are aware of building policies in advance. Regarding the issue with the door key, we understand how concerning that situation must have been, particularly with a 9-month-old. We are actively reviewing the lock system and related access procedures with our local team to ensure this type of interruption does not occur again. We also regret the frustration you experienced in trying to get clarity around the source of the issue. Our intention is always to work collaboratively with HOA partners and promptly address any access concerns that arise during a stay. We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns seriously as we continue working to improve both our guest experience and reliability of access systems. We wish you and your family all the best in your future travels.
