This is an amazing property. We’ve stated a lot of places across the country and this one would surely be in the top five. My only constructive criticism would be to maintain it better. Obviously it just needs a facelift. The walls are dirty. The blinds are ragged. Also, half of the gaming equipment doesn’t work in the game room. Other than that, would definitely go back!

Fantastic home for large family get together!

Very spacious, right on North Twin Lake which is very clear. 15 minutes to Eagle River and a short walk to an awesome ice cream store! Game room and theater room were a big hit with everyone. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

Excellent family vacation home

We had a wonderful stay in Phelps with our large group. Everyone loved the lake access, yard, hot tub, game room, and theatre. The Vacasa local staff were super responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with a burnt-out light. We would love to come again!

Great family get away!

Everything about the property was as expected! In spite of a rainy several days, everyone found things to do! The kitchen was so well- stocked with every amenity that we could have wanted, making cooking for 20 a breeze. We would most definitely stay again .

Amazing Multi-Family Home

We had 25 people ranging from 8 months to 70. The home was amazing. Well furnished, plenty of space, and very clean. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub and play set. Lake was clean and we enjoyed the kayaks. Would love to stay again!

Phelps Lake House - 40 Year High School Reunion of Phelps Alumni

Great location. Access to local established with great food and beverage. Use of lake is key. Property is well maintained. We had adult group, but all have older children. Great for groups with families sharing bedroom space with young children.

Great experience, there was ample seating and space throughout the house. The outdoor space was very inviting even though the weather wasn’t.

Amazing House!

This place was great. It was gigantic and could fit multiple families. Also almost fully stocked...just don't forget to bring your own coffee. It had everything that I find many other rental houses are lacking-like plenty of towels (they had tons), soap, shampoo/conditioner, enough utensils, etc. Overall amazing experience, we will for sure rent again.

Blown away

We were blown away by how amazing the place was. Incredibly clean. Stocked with towels and kitchen gear. Stocked with cleaning supplies and toiletries. Not a single thing was dingy, old, etc that you often see at rental properties nowadays. 100/100. Book it - you won’t regret it!

Awesome place to vacation!

We loved all the space in the home, kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of bedding, use of the laundry was a huge convenience. The 2 grills came in handy with all the people we had. The outdoor furniture was plenty and the views of the sunsets were amazing. The theater room came in handy along with the game room on the 1 rainy day we had. Need more time will definitely rent again.

Awesome place in northern wisconsin

Wonderful property on north twin lake. Lots of room. Stocked kitchen and excellent outdoor seating. Bald eagles and deer in the back yard. Super fun game room and home theater. Brought our food and clothes and a boat and had a blast!!! Caught many fish, took in a few hikes, and relaxed!!!

North Twin Lakehouse in Phelps WI

Fantastic and gorgeous place that my family and I got to enjoy! The house was neat, clean and has so much space! Almost every room has a theme, the amenities that were provided were top notch! We enjoyed the theater room and the kids fell in love with the arcade game room. We spent lots of time outside on the huge patio and appreciated the quality outdoor furniture as we were overlooking the large dock and gorgeous views of the lake. Fire pit area was a hit too!! We will be renting this lakehouse again for sure!

24 people stayed for 1 week

The house was amazing. Everything we would ever need was supplied. Everything in the home was a high quality. We were there Sunday thru Saturday. On Thursday, the wind shifted to blow into shore. That afternoon, 10 of us got a severe case of Swimmers Itch. If you have never had this, it is terrible. Make sure you bring anti itch cream. On Friday we took our boat to another part of the lake to swim.

Summer 2024 family reunion

With the exception of a few problems we encountered, (indoor temperature was too cold on the cool rainy days we stayed, the kitchen bench fell apart as a child was getting onto it, there was no exercise equipment which the listing stated there was), regardless, it was still a beautiful place and we would recommend it to others.
