Relax and enjoy the coastal breeze while grilling up a delicious meal on the new gas grill. There are multiple picnic tables to entertain and to unwind after the day at the beach. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off before you relax outside. With amenities like a washer/dryer, central AC, and hair dryer, this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Safety features such as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and noise sensor provide peace of mind during your vacation. Excellent location within walking distance to everything in the town of Bethany. Nice house for the price. Easy check-in and host was very responsive to questions that we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a nice house and great open space layout. Bedrooms to bathrooms ratio was good. Kitchen was a nice layout, but drawers were cluttered with too many utensils and ineffective/in disrepair cooking tools. (teflon coatings were all scratched, and everything had to be washed before use.)Don't know about the yard and Grill, as we picked a bad weather weekend and were unable to use the yard due to flooding all around the house. The host(VueStay) responded via AI pretty quickly when we reported the leak under the sink, which had clearly been leaking for a while before we arrived. A new garbage disposal was put in within 24 hours, but we were left to clean under the sink.Convenient to downtown area, which was fun, and a great fenced in playground area for young kids. We did have to leave a day early due to the flooding from the nor'Easter, which came 2 inches into the entryway of the house.

Great vacation home!

We loved the location, fully equipped kitchen, roominess of the house, chairs and supplies for the beach, and very comfortable space and beds for 6 people. We rent every year in this neighborhood, and this was one of the best houses we have rented.

Excellent beach house

Super convenient home to stay at. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and a very short walk to the beach. There was also kitchen ware and detergent readily available. Would reccomend

The home is in a wonderful location; close to the beach, Bethany boardwalk, shops, restaurants. The main living space, kitchen, and dining area were accommodating, spacious, and comfortable. The beds in the twin beds bedroom were very uncomfortable, like lying on springs, making that bedroom unusable.

The property was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Every amenity was met and thought of, we really didn't need to bring much. My only wish is that you make it accessible to adjust the high ceiling fans speed. There was a few cracks in the wall and a couple of curtain rods were dangling, due to what looks like missing screws. The final thing was the sofa sectional looks like it was broken, because when I sat down...I sunk into the cushions.Overall we really liked the property and would stay again.
