Really cute place to stay. It's in downtown Port Clinton with coffee and restaurants within walking distance (basically on the same block). We were there in the summer and there was live music on the adjacent street. I will say that the seagulls can be a bit noisy, so you may want earplugs if you want to sleep in, but that just reminded me that I was on vacation near the lake. The Jet Express ferry is within walking distance so that saved the parking fee (yay!). The apartment has all the cooking supplies and utensils that you would need (and a cute spice rack) but we ate out. There is a cute breakfast place (Ala cart cafe), Coffee Express basically next door and an Irish pub and pizza place with good food. You can walk to the beach and park. It's a great location and very comfortable place to stay.

My husband is a farmer growing strawberries, pumpkins, peppers, cabbage, pickles - and corn and soy beans. We also both own our real estate company - and are always on the lookout for the next project. We recently finished our second century building, housing our real estate offices - and launched our first vacation rental property. We have 1 dog - but we don’t generally travel with her. We love to travel, and generally prefer to stay in vrbo’s whenever our travel plans allow!

Downtown Port Clinton is a charming area year round. Summer crowds fill the bars and restaurants that are all walkable. The Jet Express dock, the beach, the walleye charter boats, the lighthouse all add to an amazing experience.

This space underwent a top to bottom remodel in 2026. The windows give you a birds eye view of the District Stage. The elevator makes getting your luggage in a breeze. Parking is just outside the door.
