The condo had everything we needed. Brenda is a very responsive host. This was our first time to Amelia Island, but if we come back we’d stay here again!

It was extremely clean. It was very well stocked on the essentials that anyone could possibly ask for. Communication was awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable. Owner were polite and easy to reach if needed. I would stay here again.

This little haven is about a block or so from the beach which was a critical must-have for us. The drive in to the community goes past some rustic and worn down homes, and the exteriors of this condo community is a bit worn. HOWEVER, once inside this condo and the little balcony we found our a dream. It was quiet, parking was a breeze, not too many stairs to get in. It looks like brand new decor and appliances. It was spotless and comfortable. This may well be my new fave place to stay on the Island. By the way, it is pet friendly, we just don't have one right now.

Skeptical at first because there wasn’t a lot of reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed. Brenda’s place had everything on our check list. Pet friendly was a must for us and close to the beach(5 minute walk)Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath flat was very clean and newly renovated. A cute pond out back with ducks and turtles, nice pool and tennis court and playground and grilling area. The beds were comfortable. She had everything you would need even a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider staying here again! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of pillows, towels, and extra blankets. The beach wagon was a huge bonus and made trips to the beach much easier. The location was great—it's about .2 mile walk to the beach, however if you're bringing a family or a lot of gear the beach access at Sadler road was very convenient (if you have AWD/4WD you can park on the beach) there's restrooms and sliders nearby was a great place to have sunrise breakfast. The pool was a nice place to relax as well. Right beside the building there's a playground which the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed. The host was responsive and gave us great recommendations. We also appreciated that the property is pet friendly, which allowed us to bring our dog along for the trip.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we’d happily recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Very clean and just as pictured and described. It was a very quick walk to the beach which was uncrowded at the particular beach access near the condo. The pool was very nice and clean. Our favorite things worth mentioning were first the fact that so many things were already there for our use like soap, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, washing detergent etc. This was so helpful. Secondly the responsiveness and kindness of the host from booking until leaving was superior. I am so appreciative. Oh and the view of the pond from the porch was so beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend or to book again! Thank you!

Immaculate, beautifully decorated condo in safe, quiet neighborhood. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. We love to travel with our dog and greatly appreciated it being Pet-Friendly. Location is very convenient for short walk to beach or quick drive to historic downtown. Brenda, the host, was very quick to respond to questions and offered great restaurant suggestions (Cafe Karibou was fabulous). We enjoyed walking the beach to nearby Sliders. Our favorite activity was driving through Fort Clinch canopy of trees. Wide variety of retail shops downtown- Lavender Toffee at the Lavender store is a must as well as a special souvenir for the home at Trailer Park. We’ll definitely stay here for future visits.

Could not have been more pleased....beautiful, spotless, extremely practical layout...the very BEST part is both property atmosphere and owners are relaxed and inviting, a true pleasure to work with.
