We had an amazing experience and the host was very accommodating answering all our questions. The views of the skyline from roof top and from the apartment was simply stunning. Just waking up and sipping coffee from roof top deck is an experience we can’t really get from any hotel. The staff in the lobby is always welcoming and polite.

I stayed in a 2B/2B condo rental through VRBO, and everything about this experience was absolutely perfect. The hosts were incredibly responsive from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. The front desk staff was consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming — the kind of service that truly makes a difference during a stay.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. And the views… absolutely amazing. Waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable.I’m already looking forward to renting this same unit again when I return in 2027. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, well‑managed place to stay.

Hi. Overall the stay was good. Place was decently clean and the beds were good. The location was great. Parking situation was bad typical NYC. City is choking. I have stayed in many places so one thing I thought that could be improved is - toiletries. It was strange to see an empty shampoo bottle and nothing else. Similarly in the kitchen there was only 2 sheets of paper towels left. Hard to clean the spills in the kitchen. These are basics imo to be made available especially when the cost is premium. Minor things but will go a long way in improving the overall guest experiences.

Elizabeth was accommodating with check in and house was just as described. Was perfect for our group. Quiet, clean neighborhood w playground nearby for kids and very close to South St Seaport. Easy access to subway and walking distance to all downtown attractions.

This place was amazing! Very clean, modern and spacious. It looks exactly like the photos. Our host was friendly and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth. Great location with a grocery store a block away and the subway two blocks away. Our whole family was comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again.

100% recommend this beautiful apartment! The place was pristine, spotless, brand new. The building is great and in an excellent location—just a few blocks from the train station and with a supermarket right around the corner. Everything we needed was right at hand.Our host was also wonderful and highly responsive, accommodating all of our needs throughout the trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
