Luxury 4BR Retreat in Eagle's Nest Hot Tub, 2 Fireplaces & Mountain Views

We are Nick and Kathi! Hailing originally from Massachusetts, we later made our home in Florida — but North Carolina has become our favorite year-round destination, where we love spending time with our three children. We’re passionate travelers ourselves, and enjoy opening up our space to welcome guests whenever we can!

Located in the scenic Village of Eagles Nest, just 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk, this area offers the perfect balance of peaceful mountain living and convenient access to local attractions. It provides a wide variety of experiences, from outdoor adventures like hiking, skiing, and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains, to fun community amenities including trails, sports courts, playgrounds, and special events. The neighborhood combines stunning natural beauty with plenty of opportunities for relaxation, connection, and making lasting memories, making it an ideal setting for both adventure and quiet getaway.

This spacious 4-bedroom retreat offers the perfect combination of room for everyone and thoughtful features designed for comfort and fun. With three fireplaces — one on the main level and one downstairs, outdoor fireplace— plus a private hot tub, outdoor dining areas, and a backyard fire pit, there are endless spots to relax and create memories, no matter the weather. The layout works beautifully for both large groups and families: main-level living for easy access, a dedicated bunk nook that kids love, and private bedrooms with scenic views. Located just minutes from downtown Banner Elk and with full access to Eagles Nest’s extensive amenities including trails, sports courts, and community events, it delivers the best of mountain living — stunning natural views, premium outdoor spaces, and convenient access to everything the area has to offer.
