Lily Pad - Lake Cumberland

Summary:

Tranquility at its best! A serene floating house with a private patio. A place where dreams become reality and lifelong memories are made. Come tie up to a private dock and relax in the Adirondak chairs or just enjoy access to the water right out the back door from your secluded patio. Grill your favorite food while watching the sunset & sipping your favorite beverage. For your enjoyment there are also some inflatable paddle boards inside the hatch of the patio.



The Space:

Brand new Floathouzz at Lake Cumberland Marina. This home is fully stocked and uniquely decorated by the artist owner. The master bedroom is equipped with 1 king bed. The loft bedroom has 3 queen beds. Smart tv's are located in the main living room and in both bedrooms. There is a full bath that has a tub and a shower. The property also has an additional bathhouse if needed just right down the dock. There is also a large parking lot which includes trailer parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

This unit has a gas grill & outdoor shower on the patio

Fishing poles with limited tackle are provided

Lily Pad provided to float & sun bath

Life jackets are provided (8 adult & 2 child size)

Pets under 25lbs are welcome



*Please Note: No smoking or vaping inside or outside on the patio. There is a $1000 fee for smoking on the property. You will need to go outside the black gate if you want to smoke.



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.
