Enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer in this comfy first-floor gold-rated condominium! Historic Main Street is just an easy walk where you'll find great restaurants and shops. The Snowflake lift is within a block and you have the convenience of skiing into the complex in the afternoon via the 4 O'Clock Ski Run.

When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Gather around the living room gas fireplace and decide whether to throw some steaks on the gas grill right outside your retreat or cozy up around the courtyard firepit. If you decide to stay home, watch a fun show or movie on the TV in the living area, or surprise your family and friends with a delicious homemade treat prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a private ski locker.

Amazing location and a great place to stay! Great communication with host, easy check in, clean condo with comfortable beds. Can’t beat the location-with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and gondola. Loved this place!

Great location, just a few minutes from the main street (lot of dining options, stores), and from the chair lift. Hot tub was great, especially after a ski day.

The condo was large with plenty of room for the four of us. Super easy getting on tram for one stop to the lifts and coming home we about ski'd to the front door. Had a wonderful time and great experience. Only thing was the fireplace wouldnt come on but it may have been user error as all i tried was turning a knob.

This was the perfect location for our summer stay in Breckenridge. We walked downtown everyday and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the singletrack trails and scenic gravel roads on our mountain bikes. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. We also loved hanging out at the pool and hot tubs. We plan to stay here again in the future,

Perfect location

Parked the car & didn’t have to use it again until we left for home-was able to walk to everything! Super cute condo. Beds were very comfy.

Clean, great location, a little dated

Overall this place was great. Super clean, awesome location and condo layout was great. Bathrooms are tiny and the noise from other units was a little annoying (mainly when people were going up / down the stairs).

Great location! Large living room

Great location. , easy to walk to Main Street or to the bus stop to catch the bus to the slopes . Ski back to the condo ! Large living room Enough couch space for everyone to be comfortable! King bed in main room very comfortable! Would stay again .

Wonderful place!

From the start with our check in with Amber Berger to our check out everything was perfect. Our place was absolutely beautiful and very convenient walking distance to everything in town and the ski lifts. We will definitely be back again. ❤️🙂

3 Night Stay

Great place, very comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had a lot of towels. The dryer wasn't working is the only complaint. Great location though

Beautiful Condo

The Pine Ridge condo in Breckenridge was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was a beautiful, well decorated, clean condo a few minutes walk from downtown. The check-in process was easy and we never had any trouble finding anything, accessing the unit, or heard any noise from neighbors or outside. I would definitely book there again if I go back to Breckendridge.

Great for ski trips

Short walk to free bus to chair lifts, ski directly back to the condo. The ski locker lock was a little finicky but we got it to work. Kitchen had good knives and appliances, we were able to cook a prime rib and a beef ragu for the holidays. Comfortable, lots of pillows available.

Our stay

Location to town and mountain were very convenient. We booked because of 2 parking spaces then turned out to be 1. No owner communication with options or answers so we had to figure all out on our own. Dryer and fireplace were both not working which presents a problem when you're there to ski and can't have warm and dry clothes. Multiple attempts to get in touch with vacasa reps to fix and responses were not answered until we called 3 times. The fireplace got fixed by day 3 but they didn't do anything abiut the dryer.
