Great location

The condo is a perfect location. It's right at the end of main street so you can walk to anything in town easily. There's underground parking where you can leave your car until you're ready to go beyond town. The unit is very nicely appointed and furnished.

Nice place

The condo was really nice - clean and as advertised. We were just a little disappointed that the pool and hot tubs were in shabby shape, dirty and did not open as advertised. Location to main street is fantastic.

Perfect location!

Walk to everything - ski rentals, ski lift, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. Condo was clean, updated and cozy. Great space for a family of 4. No washer/dryer is only negative. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break 2023

The condo was great and well equipped. Only negative I have is there was no hot water in the primary bathroom sinks.

Favorite Location in Breck

Great location in Breckenridge with fantastic amenities. Walk everywhere, don't really need a car. Only 4 stars because vacasa stocks their rentals with substandard products (thin towels, scratchy TP, not much soap, no coffee filters, etc..) especially given how nice the condo is. We've run into it before renting other vacasa properties.

Great stay in Breck Waterhouse 5205

From the check in to our departure everyone was very pleasant and professional… Beautiful condo had an issue with the television at first but was quickly fixed by maintenance… Great location and I would recommend this property !

Perfect place

Perfect place to stay while enjoying Breckenridge. Located in prime location on main. The condo was clean and very comfortable and the condo community itself was great. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

I absolutely loved this condo. The decor was gorgeous and the furnishings very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need and more. Loved the location to slopes and town center. Will definitely book again

Great location, excellent kitchen, nice layout

I was surprised at how nice this condo was. Often rentals are pretty cramped, but this felt spacious, with an open layout, big kitchen, and a great set-up for a family of four. Ski lift is a bit of a hike with gear. Easy access to all of Main Street.

Great location

Great condo, in a great location. Small bit of feedback the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, we loved it!

Water House #5205 is a perfect condo

Having stayed in 2 other Water House condos we are familiar with the good location and the excellent floor plan. This condo goes beyond the others. Clean, well equipped, beautiful decor and an added deck off the master bedroom, which we throughly enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again when in Breckenridge.

Absolutely loved this condo and location!

Water House is a beautiful piece of property right next to Main Street. Location can’t be beat and the condo was as lovely as in the pictures. The only knock is the property management. I called several times because the keuirg in the unit was missing its plastic pod insert and the drip coffee maker was missing its filter insert. We were unable to make coffee. We ended up buying an insert because management never resolved the problem. Other than that, we absolutely loved this condo and would stay again...but wait to buy coffee until you know what’s working.
