The space
Crescent Point #15 is a spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo set on the pristine beach of Seven Mile Beach.

Surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and featuring a large beachfront pool, the property offers a relaxed atmosphere ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort, privacy, and convenience.

The private beach area—just about 100 steps from the front door—is lined with palm trees, shaded loungers, and umbrellas, and remains uncrowded thanks to its natural iron shore protection. An outdoor shower is conveniently located at the beach entrance.

For easy water access, a sandy entry point is located to the left as you arrive at the beach. Just a short walk away, the calm lagoon in front of Sunset Cove provides gentle entry into the Caribbean Sea—perfect for swimming and snorkeling. If you can also walk north along the sidewalk on West Bay Road for approximately 0.5–0.6 miles to reach public beach access near the Sovereign.

Inside, the 1,820 sq ft condo features an open and airy floor plan with beautiful views of the sea, pool, and gardens from the kitchen, dining area, living room, primary bedroom, and screened balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, glassware, and basic spices for your convenience.

Coastal-inspired décor enhances the bright, open-concept living space, which flows seamlessly onto the private screened balcony overlooking the beach and tropical grounds.

Accommodations (Sleeps up to 6 guests):
All bedrooms feature wall-mounted HDTVs, with guest rooms thoughtfully positioned on the opposite side of the condo for added privacy.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate tub, and double vanity

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity

Guest Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, shared bathroom

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen: Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters

Home: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, hair dryer, iron with board and steamer

Extras: Towels, linens, beach towels, beach bags, snorkel gear, and boogie boards for your enjoyment. When you explore the Island, we have extra beach chairs, picnic basket, beach towels and umbrellas to bring with you!

Daily Housekeeping & Towel Service: Enjoy the privacy and comfort of a private residence with the added convenience of hotel-style service. Housekeeping and towel laundry service are included with your stay, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

The resort’s housekeeping team will refresh the condo and launder towels throughout your stay, giving you the ease and convenience of a hotel while enjoying the space and comfort of a private residence.

House Rules

-Dishwasher: Load all dishes into the dishwasher and start it before you leave.

-Garbage: Please take out all the trash when you check out.

-Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed in the condo or balcony.

-Pets: We love animals, we really do, but pets can't stay with us.

-Parties: No events or parties are allowed, keeping the peace for all guests.

-Guest Limit: We can only host up to six people.

Other things to note.

Cayman Islands Government Tax (13%) and Service Charge (10%) will be charged and included in the final booking; Check In is 3 PM and Checkout is no later than 10:30 AM. Please respect check out time as we need to prepare for our next guest.

Maximum allowed guests is 6. Please do not bring more guests than on your reservation, otherwise your reservation will be subject to immediate termination or you will be assessed $150 per day per guest over your reservation number at the discretion of the host. No unauthorized visitors without express permission from host prior to arrival.

Be sure to look at restaurants and bar receipts carefully as many establishments add an automatic gratuity.

PLEASE NO SMOKING/VAPING in the condo or balcony. Also no sunscreen/oil on fabric furniture and no spray sun screen inside the condo or balcony.

Please keep the doors closed other than entry and leaving, electricity is very expensive on Island. Please lock all doors, if the unit is left unlocked we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. In addition, please do not leave windows or doors open with the air conditioner running, this will cause the system to shut down. Please do not sit on any furniture, including balcony furniture wet as it will mildew or mold.
