This gorgeous home is the perfect place to unwind and relax in style, whether you're planning a wine-tasting excursion with friends or a romantic getaway for two. Here near the heart of historic downtown Fredericksburg, you can come home from days spent exploring the Texas Hill Country to kick back on the comfortable sofa, watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV, and enjoy the peace and serenity of the yard from the comfort of the front porch.

What's nearby:
This home is located one block off Main Street in Fredericksburg, a town known for its historic charm and numerous wineries and tasting rooms. Hop on a local shuttle to take a wine-tasting tour of Highway 290, or take a walk to check out the local shops and restaurants all along Main Street. Every third Saturday of the month is Fredericksburg Trade Days, featuring live music, wonderful food, and plentiful opportunities to shop.

We loved coming here to the river to enjoy time away from the city. We loved the views, the spacious, beautifully decorated home and the opportunity it provided us to spend time with family. We definitely will be returning here in the future.

We had a geat family holiday! The condo was amazing! Very nicely decorated and Beautiful view from the balcony. There is an indoor pool on the property that my kids really enjoyed. The property is also within driving distance to some really nice hiking trails and some good restaurants. The host was had good communication during the trip, was responsive, and polite. Highly recommend!

Friends get away!

Enjoyed our place. Great area close to Main and enjoyed the wineries as well. This home had the best comfortable bedding and all amenities needed for our stay. Recommend thisn lovely place!

Great stay!

Place is amazing! View was great. Pools were very fun. Deer on property to see everyday made the trip. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

House was very close to Main Street and an east walk to all the shops. Very easy check-in and communication was good. We cooked breakfast each morning. Wish they additional pans but we made do. The doorknob to the front of the house bedroom was extremely loose and it seems it’s been that way since 2023. Speaking of that bedroom, you have to take a running start to get I to it. I’m 5’5” and easily could have used a step stool. Lol. Shower had instructions on how to use it, and we figured it out. House was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
