We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and clean. Communication with the host was great. He was very responsive. As someone else mentioned, the exterior could use some updates. The keypad is also a bit tricky. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great location, host responded quickly and property was clean. No a/c so was excruciatingly hot, especially at night. Lots of fans were provided though which helped. We will definitely go back, just not during the summer. We absolutely recommend!

The outside of the building needed updated. The balcony doors had no screens or the screens were torn. There was no air conditioning but had plenty of fans in the house. The house was very clean. May need a little updating inside. The host was easy to reach.

The place was great and spacious, the third bedroom is the loft. The only issues we had was the ants, which is expected this time of year, and the fact the amenities said they had kayaks but they did not.

Thanks for pointing out the kayak situation. Just to clarify, the kayaks are actually down at the community area by the lake on Marsh Hill, and they're open to everyone on a first-come, first-serve basis. I appreciate you staying with me and hope you'll come back for another visit soon.

The property was very clean, quiet, and all appliances and features worked as they should. The heating system was quiet and effective, and the lack of A/C was no issue in the fall. Any questions I addressed to the host were answered quickly and completely. For others, be aware that bathrooms are located on the second floor and in the basement. If you have allergy-related sniffles, a box on Kleenex on the main floor can save a lot of step climbing. Also, the thermostat readouts are small print and hard to read unless one uses a separate light source. With the flashlight app on my cell phone, all was revealed! In summary, the property was exceptional for a fall stay, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
