Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 1-bedroom house in Bahía la Choya. The bedroom features a comfy king bed, sitting chair, dresser, custom closet, ceiling fan and a smart TV, perfect for a restful night. We have a small 2nd floor deck with two comfortable chairs and a table to relax.

The cozy living room offers a sleeper couch containing a queen size pull out bed with a new gel mattress for accommodating a total of 4 guests comfortably. There is a large smart TV and ceiling fan in the living room.

With one full bathroom upstairs that includes a refreshing shower, and a granite countertop and custom stone sink. Downstairs offers a half bath, with granite countertop and custom stone sink.

Guests have plenty of space to unwind. The house keeps you comfortable year-round with both heating and air conditioning. There is an electric fireplace in the living room which has both heat and color changing flames.

Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, dishes, keurig coffee maker, water cooler, toaster, and new appliances, including electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator and freezer.

We have a courtyard equipped with a new BBQ grill, sitting area and a fire pit with plenty of wood.
